I had an oil change at this Conrads, drove my car about maybe 50 or 60 miles or less I heard a clanking sound and then all of a sudden my oil light pops on then my car starts ticking thank God I live right across the street from Conrad. I took it right in, my car had an oil trail… and then to top it off they insult my intelligence by telling me the oil would only leak out if I’m turning my steering wheel to the far left… What kind of crazy talk is that… Whoever did my oil change the week before at this? Conrads didn’t put the oil filter on correctly and it fell off, causing my car to lose all of its oil… Thank God I didn’t drive it far enough to do any damage to my engine… Or it would’ve caused Conrads!!!!! Polite people, though, but whoever did my oil change is completely incompetent… I heard one other person tell me the same thing pretty much happened to him as well at the same Conrads.
UPDATE: The manager, James contacted me and we made an appointment for a complementary oil change tire rotation, he also replaced the air filter and even the cabin air filter, which was very very filthy. He went above and beyond my expectations that’s for sure… Thank you, James. I will be returning to Conrads and recommending you all to friends and family.

I have a issue with having a sidewall defect in my current tire. I PAY for and schedule to have 2 new tires put on my car via the online scheduler that are in stock. Low and behold, I get a call the next day, Saturday, telling me that they are not in stock and won't have them until Monday at the earliest. I work during the week, like most people do. He gives me a customer service number to call to cancel the order, with me knowing that it will take 1-3 days to refund the money. Most people do not have the kind of disposable income to just pay for multiple tires and install. Well customer service is closed on the weekends.... the local manager didn't even attempt to make right. The service techs suggestion was to put sub-par tires on my car. If that is the kind of service you would like, by all means come to Conrads.

came here to get my tire patched. Quick, nice and professional people. The guy at the front even gave me some quotes for new tires without even asking!! Super helpful and I recommend.

My blinker was out, made an appointment the night before (due to being closed for the day) arrived early, had my lights changed within 20 minutes... customer service representative was so professional and nice..keep up the great work! I will definitely be back ❤️

Third time visiting Conrad’s for a oil change and tire rotation that takes 90-120 minutes. Friendly but not speedy and I’d rather pay more than sit here for 90+ minutes.

Up until yesterday I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Conrad’s. On Wednesday I had an appointment at 9am for a tire alignment that I had made by calling in and speaking to an employee last week. I dropped the car off around 8:50am and was told I’d get a call as soon as it was done. Around 3pm I still hadn’t heard anything so I gave them a call just to see if maybe they’d just not had the chance to call me to inform me the car was done yet. I was told it was going to be worked on next, so I waited a couple more hours and realized they closed at 6pm, so I called again at 5pm as I did need the car back for the next day, only to be informed the car still was not done and would “be worked on next”, that they’d even stay over if necessary. I thanked them and waited once again only to get a call ten minutes until 6pm with them informing me that the car was not done and had not even been touched. I told them that I would just come get my car, I was offered an excuse that they had just gotten very busy that day. I understand that things get busy, but why did I schedule an appointment if my car was not even going to be touched that day at all? I was under the impression that by scheduling an appointment I was going to get the required service done on my car within the day that my appointment was scheduled for.

Not a great service. Just came in for a oil change took over an hour and half, I had an appointment for this! PLUS they didn't put on my hub caps on my tires! Plus they didn't even do an alignment on my car which was included with the oil change! Another customer was waiting over 2 hours for his car which they hadn't fix yet! Never again will I go to this Conrad's in avon!

I took my car in for an oil change and after a liittle while a serviceman came out with the ominous mention "we want to show you something." I am in my eighties so am fair game in their eyes. They had squirted some oil on a rear PNEUMATIC shock absorber and said it was leaking and had thrown the whole rear end out of joint and should be remedied. Estimated cost ? $1000. I declined and my own trusted mechanic confirmed there was nothing wrongI I had exactly the same experience with them. On a later visit I reminded the sales "expert" of it and he laughed like it was a game.

This place is hit and miss. They have a new manager every time I go, so that doesn't help. I walked in this morning for an oil change letting them know I needed it back 3 hours later. They turned me away and told me to come back later in the week. I went on down the road to Mr. Tire. Got right in and the car was done in less than an hour.

Conrad’s scheduled me same day when Mike Bass Ford couldn’t even answer the phone. Conrad’s had my tires in stock and cheaper than I had planned. They replaced all four tires and did an alignment. Service was fast and everyone at the office was friendly. Highly recommend.
