This used to be the best place for service now not so much customer service was great but work well that’s a different story took them another one of my dodge cars for adaptive suspension service and I was told to replace my module which was over 2k from them called dodge this morning they said before I get it replaced there is a simple check of harness's and sensor’s before replacing module which was not done to my car also it’s recommended this check before you even replace module seems a lazy on there part tell your guys do what they are supposed to do before you have someone just throw money away guy’s

Christian Brothers Automotive at Avon is a great shop. I've had my 2006 Mazda 3 serviced there for multiple oil changes, emission leak and coolant leak and they've solved everything I've thrown at them. I love that they keep you up to date after a diagnostic with pictures and suggestions from their mechanics sent to your phone and e-mail. They also perform the suggested service at a fast pace so you don't have to be without a vehicle for very long. I recently dropped off my car for the coolant leak one day and they had it up and running less than 24 hours later. They went above and beyond to get my car to pass the emissions inspection for the state as well. Their shuttle service is also great since I live on my own. 10/10 shop. Keep up the good work.

Christian Brothers in Avon is extremely professional and efficient. They treat you like family and ensure that your vehicle receives the service it requires without trying to sell you things you don't need. I would especially recommend them to young women who are not knowledgeable about automotive repair. They will not try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge. I recommend you try them once. You will be so satisfied that you will not take your car anywhere else.

So my sister took my Chrysler 200 up here because of electric problems I told them to check 5 volts references and everything because it can be pcm they said it was the throttle body and crankshaft sensor causing limp mode after they diagnostic test and said it was ready to be picked up so my sister picked the car up and not even 2 hours later same exact problem after spending around $1500 and I mind you limp mode causes car to lose all power so that is very dangerous just happy my sister was able to make it out with no car accident NOW with an further diagnostic its Deemed to be a faulty PCM which I’m sure could have been figured out the first time doing a proper diagnostic test I would have respected them more if they would have offered to credit the labor costs from the first problem that they was so confident in it to be towards what the problem really is which is another $1500 so I’ll just never go here again and just go to the dealership from now on !

I went to get a oil change my service engine light was on and the guy told me it was the battery and it was a o2 sensor they did a check over on the vehicle and recommend a break service and air filters to be changed I declined but when I got home my break fluid cap was still off and I had a mess to clean up not going back there again

First, the customer service is the best I have ever experienced in 55 yrs on this earth, and I am grateful for the experience. Jeff always my service rep and was absolutely professional, polite. And knowledgeable! I was treated like a real friend. Next hands down have never experienced the thoroughness and detail to the issues with an equal amount communicated to each issue. I learned why Christian Brothers is so highly recommended. The customer service across the board is incredible. The repairs, as I would expect from any shop, are excellent. But the little things make the difference. The waiting area is CLEAN! The employees are kind, not pushy, and are trying to help. I was shuttled back to my house for free. I was texted and emailed the multitude of issues (most were known to me already) with my truck. Pricing was clear. The service writer prioritized the repairs needed vs things that can wait. Coffee and/or water is offered by the staff. And my fully repaired vehicle is pulled up to the door vs being flipped the keys and told, "It's outside." I have no reason to take my vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I was recommended to go to Christian Brothers for an oil change and from the moment I pulled up and stepped into this establishment, it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The peaceful, clean atmosphere and kind professionals were outstanding. Even though I ended up having to have a couple extra things completed, I felt the price was very reasonable and I was working with an honest establishment which is like finding a needle in a haystack. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!!
