Mike and Mike were ABSOLUTELY wonderful to work with!
I brought 2 cars in on the same day to see about minor (to us) repairs. Mike looked at both and did a quick fix for both. Making them both look good AND in usable conditions.

I was very satisfied with my car repair experience. All staff members were professional and friendly. Communication during the process was excellent. Caliber Collision did all of the insurance coordination. My car looks good as new. I would highly recommend.

Caliber Collision in Avon, Ohio is The Best. I was so upset when I wrecked my 2022 Honda CRV. I just bought it 2 months ago and couldn’t believe the damage I did. Never thought it would look the same. I think it looks even better than before!!! Extremely Happy with results and would highly recommend Caliber Collision Avon and everyone that works there.

The employees and staff were knowledgeable. My vehicle looked great when I got it back. However, when I picked it up the gas gage was on E. Had there not been two gas stations with a quarter mile of the business I would not have made it to a gas station without stalling out from an empty fuel tank. I called the business from the gas station to let them know the gas gage was on E when I picked it up. Was told the manager had left for the day but would call me the next day. No one ever called to follow up with me. I took the vehicle in because I was rear ended by a large pickup truck and there was significant damage to the back of the vehicle, especially the hatch door. Since I got the vehicle back the hatch door has been finicky in opening and closing.

Recently I had an accident and took my car to Caliber in Avon. Mike walked me through everything he was going to do and Brittany explained all the paper work. Can't say enough about the two of them. When I picked my car up it looked like the accident never happened. I will definitely recommend them.
