Worst insurance provider I have ever worked with in 30 years. Do yourself a favor and find a provider who is knowledgeable in the field and has an ounce of common sense. If you want to be paying for claims that are NOT your fault go with Pekin insurance.

Botson is everything you want in an insurance group. We have used them for 5? years or more, and have been very satisfied. They shop policies well for good value, provide excellent service, and are very responsive and helpful. I have never worked with a better insurance broker in 15 years of auto or business.

We recently changed our business insurance over to them. Which includes all our vehicles, liability and building insurance. They saved us thousands of dollars. Kurt was fantastic in helping us make the switch. I would highly recommend any business giving them a shot.

Called everyday to get a quote before it starts snowing. Took 6 days to get a quote...$2100. On day 9, I was still without insurance. I kept getting voicemails and internal transfers when I called. Finally a lady got so distracted with me calling, that she actually tried to submit my Policy. But first, I had to be interigated.... they asked about 50 personal (some intrusive) questions about myself and my snowplowing company. Then when she tried to submit my Policy, their system wouldn't accept it. I'm so upset. I waited another week to hear back from the owner and never did. I finally called another insurance company, EZ2Insure (Parma, OH) and I got insurance the same day. $2million in coverage for $1500. Just in time for the snow!Don't use Botson.
