Not a quality job. At the end, my heel was still rough, so I asked for a file to smooth it out. He ( owner) told me I shouldn't expect soft feet. So bizarre.Service: Pedicure

Pedicure left me with one smooth and one really rough heel. I asked for a file or buffer to fix it before shoes and socks. The owner told me I shouldn't expect soft feet from a pedicure, and didn't fix it. Bizarre.

Ive gone a few times over the last several months. I've always had a good experience, they provide efficient but thorough service. People are nice and they have a huge selection of colors. I would recommend making an appointment.

Very disappointed. Feels like when I make an appt it should be honored? Showed up 5 minutes early after a 9-hour day. Waited 30 minutes in what ended up being cold water only to finally leave. It was clear someone had taken my appt. Not ok. I wanted to cancel as I was so tired but didn't think it was fair to the manicurist. Wish they were as considerate.
