“Christian Brothers Automotive at Avon is a great shop. I've had my 2006 Mazda 3 serviced there for multiple oil changes, emission leak and coolant leak and they've solved everything I've thrown at them. I love that they keep you up to date after a diagnostic with pictures and suggestions from their mechanics sent to your phone and e-mail. They also perform the suggested service at a fast pace so you don't have to be without a vehicle for very long. I recently dropped off my car for the coolant leak one day and they had it up and running less than 24 hours later. They went above and beyond to get my car to pass the emissions inspection for the state as well. Their shuttle service is also great since I live on my own. 10/10 shop. Keep up the good work.

“Having 5 kids and full time job. I litterally have no time to do anything. When I get gas, I usually throw away all my trash then. But again, kids...crumbs... no time, I called for a top of the line car cleaning, and nice young man traveled to me, with his supplies (just needed an extention cord), got everything cleaned up *even a couple melted gummy worms*, vacuumed, wiped down, even cleaned the door jams and bend. Amazing job, works very hard for his money.”

“I had an oil change at this Conrads, drove my car about maybe 50 or 60 miles or less I heard a clanking sound and then all of a sudden my oil light pops on then my car starts ticking thank God I live right across the street from Conrad. I took it right in, my car had an oil trail… and then to top it off they insult my intelligence by telling me the oil would only leak out if I’m turning my steering wheel to the far left… What kind of crazy talk is that… Whoever did my oil change the week before at this? Conrads didn’t put the oil filter on correctly and it fell off, causing my car to lose all of its oil… Thank God I didn’t drive it far enough to do any damage to my engine… Or it would’ve caused Conrads!!!!! Polite people, though, but whoever did my oil change is completely incompetent… I heard one other person tell me the same thing pretty much happened to him as well at the same Conrads.
UPDATE: The manager, James contacted me and we made an appointment for a complementary oil change tire rotation, he also replaced the air filter and even the cabin air filter, which was very very filthy. He went above and beyond my expectations that’s for sure… Thank you, James. I will be returning to Conrads and recommending you all to friends and family.”

“The manager Nate has an excellent attention to details, not just in the service of the automobiles but with the customers at the location receiving service. I watched as he deftly moved the service department along with tact and at the same time was able to answer a barrage of questions from several customers. All with a smile. A genuine and pleasant demeanor of assisting those I observed him interacting with while I was there at the Avon location. I live a hour and a half away with a firestone in my local area. I find myself adjusting my work schedule when I am in the Avon area to ensure the needs of my vehicles are serviced at this location. Nice atmosphere and a solid staff behind Nate, I have no need to look anywhere else when I receive this level of automotive care and professionalism. “Hands down, James Wood is THE DUDE. He didn’t hassle or waste my time and was a true true true gentleman. I came in at the 11th hour on a Monday (yeah I was that guy.. still feel bad about that) and he didn’t waiver or hesitate and provided what is beyond 5 stars. I’m not sure if I showed it, but this was a big achievement in my life getting this truck, and I couldn’t and wouldn’t do it with anyone else but James.
