The Avon, OH store was helpful with my upgrade. Alec, Assistant Manager, was professional and explained how to transfer my data into my new phone. My old phone was not cooperating so I did it at home. Thank you!

M first time at this store. The staff person was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to communicate. I had a rather complicated problem, but he resolved the issue within 15 minutes.

I did an upgrade and an additional phone to my account. Liz helped me out by answering all of my questions and explaining everything from the differences in phones to how it would affect my bill. Her customer service is why I will continue to use this location
