I came to the store looking to purchase a simple clock. After my arrival, the sales associate that was caressing the podium stalked me during my whole visit until I made my purchase. I just wanted a clock yet it was this whole process for buying a small thing and had to fill out all these forms and such and was a huge time waster. Sad! If you desire a simple shopping experience with minimal pushy salespeople look elsewhere.

Selina at Ashley in Avon is awesome! She greeted us right away, inquired about our shopping needs and pointed us on the right direction. She allowed us to browse without hovering or being pushy. She stopped by occasionally to check in on us and give us any additional info we might need to assist in our decision making. She was very pleasant and friendly to work with and made the entire process of buying a new sofa painless.
They have a huge selection of sofas and sectionals and the customization options on the sectionals is extensive.
