Have used walgreens pharmacy for the last 8 years with no issues and the last 6 months has been a real pain!! I have been on the same medication for years and all of sudden they have an issue filling it. Thought it was the insurance company, but no. Not understanding what the deal is. I can't function without the medication and I don't appreciate the bullshit and runaround.

I used to print out photos at this store without any issues but just had a bad experience. We were printing photos to use in a collage for a graduation party. When my daughter received the email they were ready, she tried to pick them up, but was told to come back. The times this happened and when I saw the poor quality of the photos, I went down there myself. Heads were cut off, faces & teeth were literally green. When I got there I politely asked for the manager who seemed to have been just woken from a nap. She gave me the same explanation as my daughter, that the old printer want that good & they'd try to get it to go to the newer one but I'd need to come back bc was printing. I ran a few errands, came back to 2 piles of 100 photos just as bad as the batch they gave my daughter. I asked for a refund & was given one but while the manager was not rude she was unprofessional, completely expressionless, monotone and never once even apologized for our trouble. She turned her back and walked away without a word after handing me the receipt. Ridiculous. I will never print photos here again..

I went to this pharmacy which I have used for years. I called on Sunday and asked the pharmacist a question. He was very rude so I went back the next day to have a script filled for my husband who is seriously ill. Terry the clerk I have known for years was very rude. She was cheerful to the 15 customers she waited on while I was waiting to have mine filled.

The pharmacy is great. Quick and friendly. The whole store is clean and the employees are eager to help. They will find coupons for you too. Their vitamins are almost always Buy One, Get One For Free.

I love my neighborhood Walgreens !! The people working in the pharmacy are always so pleasant and efficient. The pharmacist that gave me my flu shot was super nice. She was good too...I didn't feel a thing!

Great store but they change their hours often without much notice. Presently they are only open 9 AM to 6 PM which causes inconvenience to many working people

There is a fairly new to your staff young lady by the name of Heather Peters. She works in your newly remodeled cosmetics. She is amazing! she works endless hours and sells endless products in the cosmetic department. She is a gem. She does make-up for customers and she is very educated on all your cosmetic products.This is not a service you would normally see at a typical drug store. Just heard about the firing of sweet Karen at the cosmetic counter. Whoever the d*** manager is, doesn't know that Karen was a part of our town! She made the store unique with her caring, personable style in dealing with every customer. She always seemed to look out for your best interests. Her attitude set the store apart from all the other stores with nameless, disinterested people that work everywhere. I guess I'll just go to CVS, which is closer anyway. Disappointed in you, Avon Lake Walgreen's!!!

I am very upset about the firing of Karen that worked the cosmetics counter at your Avon Lake store. Customer service is a dime a dozen anymore and she was the reason why I (and my mother who is not on FB) shopped at your store. She was friendly, she knew everyone's name and genuinely cared about YOUR customer's lives, she was very helpful and suggested new products...she was everything an employer would want from their employee and more! I live 500 feet from Drug Mart, but would drive over to your store just to go in and see her. This situation has left me very unsettled and I want you to know that I will be doing my shopping at Drug Mart from now on. I want to thank you for saving me the money in gas not coming to your store!
