“SUNDAY BRUNCH/BUFFET OPEN TO PUBLICGreat place to drink eat and enjoy the company. The food is DELISH!!! Wow the Friday night fish fry. A must. There is normally a special everyday. So so good. Also for anyone who wants a fabulous Sunday brunch this is incredible. You can get the buffet or order from menu. On the Buffet the French toast casserole is to die for it has cinnamon crusted topping with nuts. Best ever. The potatoes are so so good. I can't believe the price. Bring the entire family. Plus some items from the menu you could order best blueberry pancakes I ever had. Loaded with blueberries. The German Rueben with homemade potato pancakes OMG. Eggs Benedict homemade. The best Chef ever. Everyone should only know about this place. The prices are so reasonable you won't be disappointed. All the staff is so friendly and great service. Love he bar.”
“We love love LOVE it here. I had my daughter’s 2nd birthday here in December 2020 and that was great but this was our first time attending the polar express craft party. I knew they were going to do quite a few things for what we paid for but the actual experience exceeded my expectations! The ladies at pinspiration really take time and care for everything they present to their clients. For $60 we didn’t just do some paper snowflakes or something typical they did very unique crafts that caused for lots of supplies that was all provided! We did a snowman block, a jingle bell necklace, a portrait snow globe, a marbled ornament, wrote letters to Santa ANDDDD decorated cookies including a Hot cocoa bar. Oh and I almost forgot the reindeer food making station! The experience was truly magical and I could kick myself for having not gone before this year but believe me we will be making this a family holiday tradition moving forward! The owner is also extremely kind and loving. She hadn’t seen my daughter since her 2nd birthday there and she’s now 5 years old but as soon as she sat down to take her photo she said “I remember you, you had a rugrat party here!” I thought that despite her seeing hundreds of kids on a regular basis but remembering my kiddo from 3 years ago was so special. It’s the little things that make my day and that was the highlight of our time there. Thank you for being you and running such a fantastic business.”

“We made a reservation as we had a large party. The service was great and most of the food was fantastic. I just wish they had had more appetizers we could share around the table, almost all appetizers were 3-5 pieces of something which isn't great for large groups”
“Had a great time with our family (all adults) painting our ceramic pieces. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of people there, every one seemed to be enjoying themselves.”
“I attended a baby shower here and the room was spacious with a beautiful view of the outdoor botanical gardens thru glass walls. The indoor plant conservatory was nearby and it's so pretty, even in dreary weather! You can tell the plants and fish are well cared for. Conservatory staff are really nice and the small gift shop has cute seasonal and butterfly knick knacks. Both the Orchid Room, indoor and outdoor gardens, and restrooms are all accessible for wheelchair users. The Orchid Room has a kitchen area for cooking and heating up food for big gatherings. If you reserve the Orchid Room, the usual $2 fee per person to see the indoor gardens is waived for your guests who attend which was really nice.Wheelchair accessibility: There are smooth walkways to both indoor and outdoor gardens and no stairs. The Orchid Room, gift shop, and restrooms have flat flooring and disabled restroom stalls. Easily accessible for wheelchair users!”
“Line dancing on Thursday nights is a great time. The drinks are great and the kitchen is impeccable! If you're looking for a great time it's a great place to check out.”
“This place does a lot of good things for the community and I'm not trying to discount that at all. But the physical building is aging and frequently smells like urine. There is a very big ballet/dance program that (i think) is what keeps the place open. So 4 stars for the community good, but if you're looking for a rating on the facility, 2 stars.”
“I have been working out of Launch Crocker Park since December 2022. I originally booked it for a one time meeting. After that I thought I would come in once or twice a week to break up the WFH experience. Now I find myself in here every day. I highly recommend Launch Crocker Park.”
“Speaking from the DJ vendor side of things. A beautiful venue for a wedding ceremony and reception. The staff are super kind and helpful. Erin the event coordinator is always on top of things. They have a nice stage in the back. Things can get a little dark if it’s the Fall so make sure you bring some wash lights. Second time here can’t wait to come back and appreciate the art.”
“This is a very interesting place where you can learn to make different kinds of glass art. The instructor , Judy, is extremely talented and has a large variety of different types of glass and projects for you to learn. Her prices are reasonable for the amount of time she spends with you. Highly recommended and I will return to learn more about glass art.”

“- Customer service on the phone while trying to book my room was very disrespectful! I asked to speak to a manager and he proceeded to tell me that he was the assistant manager, and he canceled my reservation for this coming Saturday however I wanted this hotel for my daughter to swim who is turning 8 on Sunday. She loves to swim and they have the best pool via the pictures.!!!Noteworthy details: My daughter loves water but she’s a winter baby so I wanted this hotel for her to swim with her siblings”
“We stayed at the hotel on our wedding weekend. We also reserved block rooms for our guests and the hotel itself was wonderful. Our room was very clean upon arriving and the employees were so sweet that helped us check in and purchase snacks at the front desk. We also took advantage of the shuttles they have available. Our driver was very sweet, and everyone was able to take the shuttles from our wedding location back to the hotel safely. If you are in need of a location near this hotel for a wedding I highly suggest working with them and Taylor Pellegrini who took such good care of us when we were setting everything up with the hotel.”
“Challenging Course in good shape. Do not walk this course as distances from green to next tee for many holes range from 1/4 to 3/8 of a mile. I was an out of town visitor and my host did not warn me. Repeat - do not walk this course.”

“I am a little late on my review! I’ve been gone for about 3 weeks now, and have been meaning to post. I stayed here for approximately 65 days for work. Not only was coming to Ohio in general a great experience, but the hospitality I received at this establishment definitely did not go unnoticed. I’m not good with everyone’s names, but I do remember Kim. She works overnights a lot, and I worked late! So we became the best of buds lol. The gentleman with the really good style that can dress, I don’t know his name but he will know I’m talking about him bc I told him he had great style! The sweet girl with the red hair and always wore cute outfits. Ugh all of them were amazing at the front desk. The sweet lady that checked me out even signed me up for the rewards program which I didn’t know about. I even had a few encounters with the housekeeping that were very pleasant. They kept the rooms very clean, towels stocked, & sheets changed. All in all, this was essentially my home for 8+ weeks. I could walk to work, & tbh I didn’t want to leave Crocker/Westlake. Ohio has definitely left a special place in my heart forever and you guys played a part in that. I’m from St. Louis, but will be back. When I do, I know exactly where I’m staying. Thank you ALL for your hospitality. I appreciated you all from the bottom of my heart. Looking forward to a stay in the future and hopefully I’ll see you all again.”
“We had my son's baptism at the Copper Cup and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was very accommodating during the planning process. Kim provided excellent service throughout the party! The food was great and everyone had a fun time! Thank you for making our event so easy to plan!”

“A really decent hotel experience! Rooms are comfortable, clean, and well appointed. They had a pool and hot tub, pretty good (free) breakfast setup, and the area was quiet considering its proximity to a highway and hospital. If you’re looking for a hotel in the area, this is a solid choice.Rooms: Spacious and comfortable, suitable for doing remote work.Nearby activities: About 20 minutes from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame”
“Highly recommend staying here! I spend a lot of time in hotels due to near constant travel for work and have stayed at many Sonesta properties (they can be hit or miss). I was pleasantly surprised by this location across the board. Exceptional and friendly staff, well-cleaned rooms with comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, lots of storage space, and the kitchenette & large desk was a bonus! I only wish I could’ve stayed and enjoyed it for longer. Do not let the hallways fool you, as the rooms seem to be updated at some point in the past several years and are in really good condition. It was also very quiet and there are plenty of food and stores nearby.”
“Nice little hidden gem in Lorain. The food is great, Lake Erie Monster Filet is my fav. Beer selection has a good variety. I haven't used the event center for anything but it seems very nice.”
“My husband and son loved it. Great if you love eating lots of meat, obviously. If they haven’t returned to your table Within 5 minutes say something! They hadnt returned for 20 minutes and by time we said something it was too late and my son was full. The salad bar was NOT worth 38.00. And the waitress had to be asked numerous times for our drink refills.”

“The kitchen is reliably good to excellent. The wait staff is usually very friendly and helpful although occasionally you will get someone that is so basic they miss oppurtunities to try to go for the details that make for a good experience. Don't let the strip mall facade fool you it is a pleasant place to dine at and the patio is particularly nice in decent weather. I go here even though it is somewhat out of my normal range for just popping in for dinner.”

“Rented the Club house June/26/2022, it was an excellent experience, Clean, modern and spacious to fit our needs. Highly recommend and I would rent again. I'm not a resident so cost was $225. Worth every penny!”
