I frequent this UPS store several times per week for the past 5 years using all of their services. I give them a 5 star rating for their efficiency, courtesy and and overall customer service. Thank you for all that you do!

I scheduled an appointment to be fingerprinted for a background check. When I arrived at the location for my appointment, I was told I couldn't get my fingerprints done because you can't register on the UPS Store website, I needed to register on the fieldprint website. I asked if they could still fingerprint me and put me into the fieldprint system since I was there and they said that they couldn't and I needed to schedule the appointment on the fieldprint website. I went on my phone and it is way more involved than a simple online form with a lot of in-depth information I didn't have on-the-fly. To add insult to injury, the employee told me that they usually catch those appointment mistakes in the company inbox from their website and let the person know that they need to use the fieldprint website instead of the UPS website. I never got that notification. If the UPS store is not accepting appointments for fingerprinting from their website, why do they have that as something you can schedule and appointment for on the UPS website? Why not redirect people to the fieldprint website if that is what is required to schedule an appointment to get fingerprinted at the UPS store (for fieldpoint)?

I had a package to return from Amazon. The customer service was horrible. The girl at the counter rolled her eyes at me, and told me I needed to log into my Amazon account and get her a return code. I asked her for help and she said "I don't work for Amazon" and "I don't do Amazon returns. I asked for someone else to help me, he didn't seem to know what he was doing either. Horrible customer service! And did I mention the clerk started running her mouth at me when I was leaving.

First time here. We returned three Amazon packages. The man at the counter was very polite and patient as we fumbled through our I Phone looking for the return codes. My wife and I appreciated his patience.
