Our basement floor was still really dirty after they were done. It also felt scammy that they invoiced us for twice the amount of the original “ballpark” estimate. On the plus side the main tech at our house was very nice.

We had a great experience finishing our basement with Total Restore. After our initial conversation, they were quick to come to our house and create a plan for us. The app they use to update you and communicate is really user friendly. Any time we had any questions, they got back to us right away! We had the best experience with Total Restore! We had new quartz countertops installed as well as backsplash, and the entire process was so easy. Our new kitchen is so beautiful! The team is very professional and quick to respond and answer questions, and the people who came to our home to do the installations were so kind and friendly. The stone and tile vendors that Total Restore uses are also great to work with, they have lots of options and are very helpful and professional as well! I especially liked the Buildertrend portal TR uses, it is so easy to log in and access all contact info, messages, product selections, and photos. Payments are also super easy! Overall, I would definitely use Total Restore again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to update/remodel their home!Service: Kitchen remodeling

We used Total Restore for the following:- Luxury Vinyl Floor install throughout first floor and stairs- Two new door installations- New casings around our windows- Mud closet build- Removal of wallWe were very pleased with the overall work! Total Restore's team was attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. They never hesitated to jump on a call to review options and answer questions. This is my second time using total restore for a remodel in my home. They did a fantastic job and the bathroom looks beautiful. I was looking forward to working with this vendor as they touted themselves through a sales pitch for 20 minutes about how investor friendly they were. Unfortunately after waiting a week for them to evaluate the property, they reached out one day prior to tell me its too far to service. The address of the property was never a mystery and the unprofessionalism has really killed my timeline. Be cautious with this vendor.

We can't say enough about how rewarding our experience was working with the team from Total Restore. We have a tricky situation, living in 140+ year old carriage house -- nothing is easy. They were able to figure out all the necessary work-arounds and did their integration of 3 kinds of tile and stone work beautifully.
