My oil change from when i pulled in until i pulled put was almost an hour. If they were shorthanded and told me i would had gone back another day. No way to pull out when a car is behind you.

this was my first time going to a Take 5 and my service was quickly, friendly, and informative. They explained the current state of my oil, air filters, etc. and explained what they were doing and had recommendations. I didn’t get everyone’s names, but Justin and the whole team were very personable and professional. I’ll be going back for my next oil change!

I was a loyal customer. Sent my daughter to get an oil change JUST AN OIL CHANGE and you manipulated her into spending $274 on bs that did not have to be done!!! You seriously took advantage of the situation. FU I won't be back
