“Yesterday was my first experience. Narrow but manageable drive-thru. The system seems outdated with a camera and screen with push buttons. I pulled up and hit the call button. Nothing. Waited exactly 2mins. Figured someone was busy. After 5mins of nothing I pulled away and parked. I called the pharmacy and the lady apologized and said someone will be there to help right away. I pull up again and had a great experience. Very friendly and he did apologize for that happening. I understand it happens. People really need to slow down in the parking lot. Especially the older folks. This is our new pharmacy so for now it's 5 stars. We hope it continues to be a great experience since we need prescriptions once a month.”
