This place is great! They take great care of your pets, the animals will be as happy as they can be (without their parents), and you can know that whole you're away from them they are getting the next best care.

What a great place! I dog sit a doggo that goes here for day care, and he has a blast! The staff is friendly and always remembers the dog I bring, and immediately shower him with love. He gets playtime, swimming time, makes friends with other dogs and is absolutely whooped at the end of his day there. They send a daily report card of who your pet played with and his activities, which I think is really cute and informative. The dog I sit has never had any issues with other dogs being mean in any way, or has come back with any scratches or anything. All around a fun and lovely time for your furry friend

The lady at the front desk remembered me and my cats name. I felt welcome there. I think my cat had a decent time, she hid for like five min when we got home but was back to herself in no time.

A very nice place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and comfortable for your companion. Reasonably priced. Located near the Lake with parks nearby.

Our dachshund just spent a week at Paws by the Lake and received wonderful care. He went to 4 hours of play each day and is still super tired so he obviously had a great time and he had a bath before coming home and smells and looks great! Highly recommend!!

We have moved to Avon Lake a year ago and our Golden has been coming here since then. He comes twice a week, he has boarded, and visited the clinic. Great place they treat us right. They go out of their way to go the extra mile. I've had a great experience here, I highly recommend it.

Our 7 month old Great Dane just spent a week there in one of their board walk rooms. Staff was amazing and were very caring towards her. Having the cameras in the room allowed my wife to check on her daily, which gave her piece of mind. Overall great experience; will not hesitate to use them again!!!
