I knew this was a horrible location, so this experience is equally my own fault for thinking things would be different. I was intrigued by that chicken Big Mac thing so I placed an app order for the sandwich and fries without salt. The girl at the window handed me my bag and I immediately saw the salt crystals on the fries. I assumed it was simply salt transfer from the bin they dump them in. That’s when I discovered Luke warm fries, covered with salt. When I brought this to the girls attention, she “scouts honor”-ed me and insisted that she “just taken them out of the fryer and didn’t put salt on them.
I was on my way to work, so I just left, I wish I’d had more time to hold my ground because the entire meal was just bad.
This location needs to invest time and energy into teaching their hires the importance of customer service and satisfaction. The fact that this girl was comfortable lying to my face, despite me showing her the fries with salt on it, disgusts me. There’s a better McDs a few miles away and if I ever go to another one, that will be my preference over this one, even if it’s more conveniently located.
Side note: I called management and the woman struggled to sound like she cared. She subtly implied that I wanted something for my dissatisfaction after offering an apology that barely sounded sincere. I won’t be back.
McDonald’s has really gone downhill. Don’t waste your time or money!

Definitely the worst mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to and that’s saying a lot considering I’ve been to the North Olmsted one. They completely ignore their customers, don’t even wear uniform half the time and always have shitty attitudes. I was there today (Nov 6) and waited 45 mins for my mobile order. They only gave me 9 nugs in my 10 piece smh!!! Some kids were also waiting for 30 mins and I had to ask why it’s taking so long for anything to be done. I get that shit gets busy, I work next door and we get slammed hella too but we at least respond to our customers and explain ourselves. They straight up refuse to take responsibility for anything they do. They purposely ignore people, too, I see them peak around the corner all the time and walk away!! Something needs to change at this establishment cuz this is ridiculous. I’m not one to make reviews on stuff because who cares but this has gone on for years. Very pathetic. Would not reccomend going here ?

Fries are burnt. Fries nuggets and burgers taste old and cold. Still haven't received points for over four purchases..
2nd visit reviewing again because fries are cold and undercooked and McChicken is cold. Poor service skill for the girl at the front counter.

I used my points for an iced coffee at the Colorado rd location and their computer system crashed. I asked this McDonald’s if they could make the iced coffee if I showed them that I had used the points for it. They refused and said that they couldn’t give out free product. The management said it was an issue with the app and the other store and they couldn’t do anything to make the situation better. If you can’t even give a customer 2 dollars of product even with proof that they had settled that item with the company already. Just about the worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. There have been other times they got my orders wrong, and had an exorbitant wait time. Terrible restaurant. Would have given -5 stars if that was an option.

What happened to this place? Within a month, I've ordered twice through the drive thru and once through door dash, and the food is terrible compared to many previous visits. This used to be the "good McDonald's" and now I'll drive to a different one.
List of changes over the previous weeks:
-cold food; the fish sandwich was inedible; I can't stress enough how cold the food is.
-twice the Oreo mcflurry was not even run through the mixer; it was a cup of ice cream with Oreo crumbles on it
-pop with no ice or ice nearly completely melted
-drive thru worker didn't know we had drinks
-no straws or napkins
-long drive thru waits when only moderately busy
After three visits, your McDonald's is no longer reliable to me. Can you contact me here when your team gets trained and gets their act together?

Should be called Slow Food….the drive through is the longest wait ever. I try to avoid this McDonalds because it’s soooo slow, it takes forever. Was one car back from the ordering window and it took 35 minutes to get my food. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not go here. Find another restaurant or another McDonalds.

Management was slow, very slow. The equipment kept failing and I was kept waiting. If I were manager I would take action and see that everything and everyone works like clockwork.

This location is a joke the drive through screen was broken the mic was not working on employees headset. That I can see past but when you pay $10.56 for to mcflurries and they literally give you ice cream with Oreo dumped on top no mixing watch him make it this way and I say are you not going to mix it and he just blankly stares at you and shoves it out the window we never go but thought we would give them a chance never again

Been living near this location for 20 years in the past 3 years this McDonald’s has been inconsistent, over priced compared to other ones and super slow customer service have seen numerous people walk out.
