“I first heard about Greg Oliver State Farm agency several months ago when my brother, who had just undergone major surgery and was hospitalized for weeks, car insurance had dropped him because he was two days late with his payment due to hospitalization. The cute “gecko” told him he’d have to start all over again and his monthly rate would be higher. By chance he had received a flyer in the mail from Greg Oliver State Farm. He set up an appointment with agent DeAnte Coats. Because my brother does not have internet, does not use debit or credit cards and has only the most basic of cell service, DeAnte came to the house to meet with him. DeAnte not only found him coverage but also went above and beyond by going to a local library to print out the policy and ID cards! He was kind, empathetic and patient. Fast forward seven months and a new car, our insurance company decided to almost triple our monthly payments. Once again the cute “gecko” wasn’t looking so cute. What we found as we went over my prior policy with the “in good hand’s” company was that my home was grossly underinsured. Our home is historic and required the best coverage possible. It is not an easy task to find a company that will insure a historic home without the prices being exorbitant. DeAnte found us coverage that provided almost three times more coverage than our previous company. And he took the time to explain our new policies in detail! DeAnte handled everything that was required by contacting the mortgage company and our prior insurance company. I had my new polices and ID cards within an hour if that! It is a rare thing to find a company in this day and age that truly cares about their customers. I cannot thank State Farm and DeAnte Coats enough for their dedication and commitment that they provided to my family! I have told everyone about DeAnte Coats and State Farm.
