I go to the bank for more Checking account "Registers". They tell me the Registers are on "Back order". Obviously, the manage is a boob. What, a big bank like Huntington only has 1 supplier? Or was the manager sleeping on "her" job. How the heck does a bank run out of registers? REPLACE THE MANAGER with someone that can do the WHOLE job ! This is typical for Huntington Bank

Went in Saturday long lines I did cash advance on credit card so should gave been deposited as cash. No put on as check so now delayed Jesus not rocket science

I deposited a check from my financial institution UBS. I used the wrong account. I then deposited another check, was told the first check was fraud. Closed my account & I am now waiting weeks for my money. There was enough $ to cover cost in my checking account. Manager is rude. Go elsewhere for your banking needs.

Don't bother with Huntington Bank. They don't treat customers with any respect. Closed my account and no way to appeal. Save yourself the headache. They just don't care.

Deposited money in atm the cash counter had an error and just took my money with no receipt had to make a bunch of phone calls and was told I have to wait 2 days to get my money very unprofessional

I have always had great service at this branch. The staff are always great..But today …I went in on my lunch to withdraw some cash from my checking account and over comes Vanessa..The teller was helping me when she overheard the amount and said..”we probably don’t have it.” (a couple thousand)..I just looked at her and thought ..this is a bank right) I do have plenty of $ in my accounts. She then says loudly, “well you’re gonna get all 20’s”. she was at least 3 feet away so just about anyone in the bank could here her. The cashier had the cash..in large bills and continued to help me ..apparently Vanessa is a branch mgr-WOW. How rude …and the faces she made . Well I didn’t stoop to her level, but I certainly hope this is the last time I have to see Vanessa..She treated me like I was trying to cash a bad check..so rude.. I hope she can maybe get some training on how to be professional to people that bring their business to Huntington bank.

Went to change my last name and they told me I had to make an appointment and it would only take 10 minutes. So I did and I get there at my appointment time and patiently wait 20 minutes. Then they come and tell me that the person I made an appointment with only needs 5 more minutes to finish with their people. Another 10 minutes passes and they don’t even look close to done. Very disappointed since it’s hard for both my husband and I to be there due to his work schedule and he has to be there since his name is also on the account. Won’t be coming to this location anymore.

I went to go do a withdrawal on a Saturday at 1:30 pm because their online hours said they were open until 2, and they were closed. Not very happy about the misleading information.
