“Giant eagle is a chain supermarket. And I expect friendly people. Which this place has. Reasonable prices. Which this location has. And fully stocked shelves. This place has that too. They hit all my expectations. I'm sure they will hit yours.”
“Yesterday was my first experience. Narrow but manageable drive-thru. The system seems outdated with a camera and screen with push buttons. I pulled up and hit the call button. Nothing. Waited exactly 2mins. Figured someone was busy. After 5mins of nothing I pulled away and parked. I called the pharmacy and the lady apologized and said someone will be there to help right away. I pull up again and had a great experience. Very friendly and he did apologize for that happening. I understand it happens. People really need to slow down in the parking lot. Especially the older folks. This is our new pharmacy so for now it's 5 stars. We hope it continues to be a great experience since we need prescriptions once a month.”
