Excellent service, I called this morning they called me right back, got in for a pedicure but was also able to get a gel manicure! Brian did a wonderful job on both, had a great massage for feet and hands! My color looks fantastic and it was very needed after a long January! Thanks!

Had an appointment at 11am today. I showed up 2 minutes early.3 people walked in -after- me. They didn’t ask them if they had appts and took all 3 of those gals before me and told me i have to wait? I said no thank you and left.

The pedicure was done fast and efficiently, I told myself that was a good thing. It looked nice, but 8 days and $44.plus tip later, it is chipping. That's an all-time high. I know it's just a pedicure, but i usually do it myself. I'm realy disappointed,, the last time I went there it was great. I won't be going back.

All of the employees are always friendly & welcoming. Always ask how you are. Always have smiles on their faces. The quality of their work is amazing, absolutely worth every penny. Their prices are pretty comparable to other salons. I've tried several other places & was always left unhappy & felt as if I was just another dollar in their pocket. I will never go anywhere else besides Erie Nails. Customer for life.Services: Nail polish changes

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience here. Everyone was very friendly and they fit me in for a pedicure as a walk in on a Saturday afternoon which I really appreciated. I am sure some of the nail techs are very good but the younger man who did my pedicure was way too aggressive when cutting my cuticles. He was literally peeling back skin instead of just cutting off the dead skin. It hurt while he was doing it and now a day later my big toes are in pain and I am nervous that they may be getting infected.Service: Pedicure

Great staff and they did a decent job. I got gel nails and pedi, but unfortunately my gels didn’t last a week and started chipping and peeling.

First time here, cut me multiple times while doing my nails. Missed spots of polish on my nails, just overall not a good experience at all.

Nice staff, they do a good job. They have gel x nails now, and also do regular varnish, dip nails, gel polish and acrylics. Love the pedi with the scrub and the hot towel. Always clean.I always leave with what I came in for, and they are accommodating with different nail designs.I usually do gel polish and a pedi and gel nails, and it’s usually around $100 plus a tip. Good place ?

Stay clear of this nail salon unless you don't mind running the risk of getting a nail bacterial infection. Two of my finger nails recently were infected. Owners said don't worry about it, just cover them up with polish. What?!?!? Went to my dermatologist and she said you never cover up a nail bacterial infection. It only spreads and gets worse. Never had this issue with any of my nails until going to Erie Nails. I am taking a topical antibiotic twice a day for 2 weeks. Stay clear of this place. There are clean well sanitized salons out there with great customer service.Service: Dip powder
