Called to make an appointment for three pedicures. Came for the day of the appointments and the store was closed. I understand they were without power due to a recent storm, but a courtesy call to notify customers of canceled appointments or even a sign on the door would be standard practice for a professional business.

Stylist: Lee is the very best! So very kind and knows his clients well. He has been my stylist for years. I get my fills done by him, every 3 weeks and always feel beautiful when I leave. In the summer months, I get pedicures as well. Sort of an abbreviated form as I have a prosthetic leg, but it has toes and toe nails on it….he has no problems painting those as well and does a beautiful job for me! Wish I could post a pic how nice it always looks! Cindy and her team are wonderful! I would recommend them without hesitation for your nail needs! Love you Lee!

I went for the first time for a mani/pedi before going on vacation. The shop seemed okay even though there was only one other person there at the time. The nail tech persuaded me to get a dip mani saying it would last much longer and not chip or peel like regular or gel polish. She used an electric tool on my cuticles and I ended up bleeding on several fingers and burning and stinging on all of them! The polish was so think and funky it made my nails a weird think shape. The polish stared chipping off after less than one week in big chunks my cuticles are peeling WHILE I was on vacation! Price was $109 plus tip. Save yourself the pain and your money and go to a quality nail salon not this one.

Great location in Avon Lake. Adequate parking . The place does need a good cleaning though (the face shields and tables are a bit outdated and dirty from working on hands) . Emily and Lee are very nice.

I usually have a very pleasant experience here, but this last time I was very disappointed. My technician rushed through everything. For me, this is a once a year thing that I treat myself to and I was really looking forward to relaxing and getting the full experience. Everyone there is very nice and they do a good job, I just felt this time was very very rushed.

Do not use this business. I went there to do my nails for the first time. When I walked in I ask for manicure and pedicure people who work there were talking in their language for 10 to 15 minutes. When I asked, do you want me to leave they said that they discussing how long do I have to wait and continue talking and never responded to me back. Extremely rude owner especially when you don’t even know what they talking about you horrible business would never ever come back. itService: Dip powder
