I ordered a grill in-store, and was told it would be in in about 5 days. Ten days later they called and said they were delivering it in about half an hour. When it was not here 3 1/2 hours later, I called to check on it. They very dismissively told me the driver was on the road. Another 3 1/2 hours later it still was not here so I called again and was told the paperwork was marked as "delivered." The manager and delivery driver were not in to ask about it. On top of all of that, they never credited the points to my Ace account despite my rewards number being on the receipt.
They better get me my grill, and do something to make this right.

I just left this ACE and I promise I will never be back! I brought my STIHL backpack leaf blower in to get repaired over 2 months ago. When I dropped it off the guy priced out a new air tube because mine was crushed and said the part was $160 or something but he didn’t know the labor or how much everything else would cost because that would be discovered when the technician took it apart and tested it so I said I wanted fixed and running and was told I would get a call next week to discuss what was wrong and how much it would be, 2 weeks and the call never came so I called and spoke with the technician who was very rude and aggressive and told me he hadn’t even looked at it yet and I had to wait my turn and he’ll get to it when he gets to it when I explained to him that someone assured me he would call me the following week so that’s what I was expecting which his reply was that the other employee shouldn’t have told me that. Then after over a month finally it’s fixed so today I go to pick it up and pay for it and after I do I pick it up to leave and to my surprise the original reason I brought it in, that crushed tube, wasn’t even fixed. When I say something to the young man helping me he asks the technician about it and I front of several employees and customers the technician again is very rude and aggressive and tells me it’s not his fault because no one told him and “screaming and yelling about it won’t get it fixed” when I didn’t even raise my voice in the slightest and this is how a customer is treated?? Completely unbelievable and unprofessional! It’s said because I live right around the corner from this location but now I will make sure to go out of my way to go elsewhere for any home improvement or garden need because of this, I have never been so disappointed and upset with a business more than I am today.

I placed my order online and it was ready in 15 minutes. My items was ready at the door and Tim was very nice and helpful. The store was clean and neat. I'd stop by again.

Update 1/17/23: Manager Tiffany called a few hours after I picked up the part and said they realized their mistake and apologized profusely for not double-checking the order before it was picked up. She not only personally dropped off the correct part at our home that evening, but gave us a $20 gift card as well and another profuse apology. Well done! Upgraded review from 1 to 4 stars.Original review: Ordered Delta faucet cartridge for curbside pickup. Followed the pick up directions per the email. When I pulled up to the store and called them, I was left on hold for four minutes while they attempted to find my order that I had only placed three hours before that. Eventually, I simply went into the store, found out they were still trying to find it, although it was sitting in a bag right on the shelf with their other (few) pick up orders the entire time. Got home with the bag only to discover that there's nothing on this package that matches what I ordered. It was supposed to be the original Delta part, but it's an American Standard not compatible at all. I have been into the store a handful of other times over the years and never once have I ever felt like anyone in there actually wanted to help me find anything. Put up with it for expediency, living right in Avon Lake, but I think after today I am officially done. Well, after I return this part...
