I’ve visited this CVS location a few times, and unfortunately, it hasn’t left the best impression. The store feels cramped and cluttered, which can make navigating the aisles a bit challenging. Additionally, the lack of a drive-through can be inconvenient, especially when picking up prescriptions. The staff seem stretched thin, resulting in long lines both at the pharmacy counter and checkout.
On the positive side, they do offer services like compounding, durable medical equipment, and immunizations. However, improvements in overall organization and staffing would greatly enhance the customer experience.

I have been experiencing hair loss this past year . I chalked it my hypothyroidism .
I purchased Coco Roots Rosemary Hair Spray , Coco Roots Butterfly Peas Hair Cleanser and Neem Hair comb while in Calicut , India , with a bit is skepticism .
I have been using Coco Roots products religiously for the past couple of months and I’m pleasantly surprised. My hair is not shedding as much and the frizz is gone . I am definitely a repeat customer for sure !!!
So people still on the fence, go get Coco Roots and try it . You will not be disappointed.
Thank you Shali Bharami and Coco Roots ??

Love this store on Lear Road in Avon Lake,Ohio! I don't use CVS normally but I live close and I run in there every so often. The store manager is the kindest, nicest man I have ever met always takes time to say hi to you, acknowledge you, ask if he can help you, etc. his workers under him are the same always helpful & kind. Could only wish more stores acted like the store. I hope their corporate office acknowledges their work.

We had visited the Walgreens to get passport photos for 3 toddlers and needless to say they weren’t helpful (and the manager was indifferent). So we headed to CVS and the cashier immediately called for the manager Marc and they went above and beyond my expectations! They tried everything in their power to ensure that we got what we needed! Wonderful customer service to say the least!!

I had gone to Walgreens initially to get my passport pictures for my 3 toddler children and Walgreens was not helpful (employee basically told me they couldn't service our family because there were too many distractions and recommended I go to where it was enclosed like JCPenny studio. The manager was asked 3 times for help as well and she just said, no that won't work and never even greeted us). We decided to try CVS instead and from the moment I spoke to the cashier, she immediately asked her manager for help. The manager said hello and greeted me and said he was hopeful we could get them all complete. The cashier provided us support and actually interacted with my kids helping the manager get the kids attention while their picture was being taken. They both worked together to get the job done. As they sent us off with our pictures, the manager told us to come back if the passport agency won't take them. 10/10 experience. We will definitely be going back. They made our day and got us a step closer to bringing our family together overseas!

One of the worst CVS's in the area. The store is older so there's no drive through. The store always seems understaffed so there is always a long line to pick up prescriptions and to check out. The staff has filled wrong quantities and mg levels in the past so I always feel the need to double check before leaving. Staff is often rude - would recommend anyone going to other locations if possible.

Absolute and utter incompetence laced with pettiness and overall horrific customer service. The pharmacists all convey this sense of negativity that’s hard to describe. They just make stuff up to serve their agenda’s, which to do as little as possible to help people. They act put out every time I go there. It’s pretty depressing. This location is an abomination.

I use CVS pharmacy all over the US due to my travel. I switch to this one as my primary due to change of address . The worst ! They seem to be lazy. I’ve ask for scripts to be remove from system multiple times . They still fill them. They say they have no request or notes. They Don’t want bothered to provide solutions. They hate looking things up. If something is on back order they basically tell you to go away. They are hardly pleasant . Alway seem to feel bothered to do their job. My son and daughter have gone to pick stuff up or drop off script. Experienced same issues. Same lousy service. I will say this issue is limited to two staff members. The rest are great and what I expect from a CVS pharmacy at its minimum. The ones in Florida. Those people know above and beyond and they do it with a smile.

I'm so disappointed in the pharmacist at this location, and it's not the first time. I visit regularly from Texas to help my parents out. This was absolutely a nightmare again. NO compassion for the elderly. My dad's over 80, needed his prescription since he was totally out. The pharmacist is NOT for the older adults, especially here. I would NOT recommend this location. I finally once and for all got his RX transferred to another pharmacy. Good bye for good to you! I have no issues with the store itself. Everyone else is fantastic.
