If I could give 0 star I would. The workers are not very intelligent individuals. The curb side pick up is a joke I could've done their jobs better and faster. They don't work cars very well and all look stoned outta their minds. Highly don't recommend.

Significant improvement since they've gained some competition in the area. They've remodeled and rearranged to make larger aisle ways, more selection and even a decrease in their clothing prices. Sometimes I still find the need to stop here for an item or two.. but it's always the go to for Holiday items. Just can't beat their prices there. They've got the hookup on Halloween candy this year for sure!!

Their technical service is good - basic care - oil changes, tire replacement. But getting someone to answer the phone is near to impossible - so just be patient - get in and get an appointment, and get the basics done, if you don't mind sitting in a pretty miserable waiting room.

Surprising improvement! Last year, I ditched the misery that is Wal-Mart Austintown in favor of the new Meijer's down the road. In my opinion, the typical Wal-Mart is the place your Sunday afternoon errand run goes to die, and this location is emblematic of that. Recently I heard they did some measure of renovation to the place, so I decided to give it a go. I'm not gonna lie; it's still Wal-Mart. But it is no longer The Wal-Mart of the Living Dead®. The good: They opened up the layout somewhat with new fixtures scattered throughout. The lighting seems brighter. We needed help in the electronics department and the associate we spoke to was helpful & charming. Even the greeter at the front door was terrific. (In the past, I remember the greeters acting like they were hostages.) The bad: Still giant, empty inventory holes on shelves. This isn't uncommon in the 2022 world of post-covid retail, but it still looks terrible. And the sprucing up of the location, although an improvement, still looks like a coat of paint on an aging, dogeared toolshed. I'm still happy shopping at Meijer's, but I'll no longer avoid Austintown Wal-Mart like the retail equivalent of a sewage spill it has been in years past. They truly made the place better, which it desperately needed.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased a 1/2 gallon of milk and it has leaked in my car. The 1st time we had to rip the car apart due to the odor. I tried calling and speaking with someone. It took 30 rings before someone answered then I was transferred to another person who said I needed to speak with a manager. After 50 rings and no answer, I hung up. Horrible customer service. Now I am just hoping we don't have to rip the car apart again. I guess we should have learned our lesson the 1st time.

I wouldn't have even left one star if I didn't have to. Went and bought two new tires there, not even all 4, the two back ones to be exact. I was told that they couldn't schedule any appointments for Saturday because they were holding a special event sale. Lies. Half the people there were by an appointment. I showed up at 730AM and I didn't even leave until almost 12. Half the reason being because they didn't read my paperwork and just took off whatever tires they felt like replacing apparently, which were the two front ones. Fast forward to Monday, my tire pressure light comes on. I pull into a gas station to put air in my tires AND I CANT. Why you ask!? Because those idiots bolted my hubcaps on over top of my air stems. At this point I'm so filled with rage because they had my car for over 4 hours; they could have at least put my hubcaps on correctly. Anyway, I take it back in and I tell them the light is on, and ask if they can look as to why, while their fixing their previous mistake. I leave and my light is still on, I'm assured the tires are okay and that it's probably a censor to come back and they'd look at it. I didn't drive it at all on Tuesday and come Wednesday I have to take my kids to school. I check all 4 tires before I leave my house because I'm still uncertain as to the reason the light is on, and they seem to fine. I get back from doing those tasks and the brand new tire is FLAT. Now I'm mad because that tire was obviously the problem from Monday. I call and I let them know I'm coming and I don't want to be there all day, I should be prioritized because I've already been there multiple Times, for multiple hours. So I'm there for an hour and they tell me the valve stem is broken, which wasn't an issue before so I'm going to assume they broke it, and I'm told they're fixing it. An hour and half later they come in and tell me the flat isn't fixable and they are out of the tire in my size!!!!! I couldn't even begin to tell you the rage inside my body. Then they tried to tell me that another Walmart has it and I can get right in. Absolutely not. They didn't even offer me a refund, I had to demand it. I went somewhere else and got a new tire in 15 minutes. Unbelievable. Never again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Poor service and careless treatment of your car. The workers are talking between themselves rather than paying attention to the customers. Had an oil change done. They over filled my crankcase even though the correct amount was noted on the work order. My car leaked oil for two weeks. Had tires rotated. They took off my hubcaps and thru them finished side down on the cement floor and scratched them! The employees are just biding their time until they clock off and go home. There appears to be no management supervision present in that department. Do your self a favor and DON"T go there.

They are cheap, but pack a lunch you'll be there forever. 2 hrs for an oil change, 4 hrs for tires... on a Wednesday evening.
