They discriminate towards recovery’s. They won’t deliver my suboxtone but delivered my moms medication to her. Terrible service. I will be switching and figuring out a way to report them for discrimination.

I know it's June, but Walgreens would best serve the community staying out of the rainbow business. Walgrees is best at pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, not social issues.

This Walgreens should be closed and investigated for systemic racial tactics. The Pharmacist and "Team Lead" are rude and unempathetic. They could care less about new or minority customers. They go out of their way to show their bad energy. One lady held up a product I was buying to say she never saw it. They are like ppl that never leave a cage. They gaulk at anyone different. It's disparaging and needs to be investigated and brought to light. The Pharmacy never delivered my perscription tried to blame it on DD. Dirty blonde colored hair manipulates not giving receipts, coupons , or deals... Marty The store Manger has no idea of the tactics, or maybe he does.*Be CAREFUL HERE PERSCRIPTIONS ARE IMPORTANT. THIS ENTIRE STORE IS PATHETIC. THEY HELPED WITH the OPIOID CRISIS NOW THEY ARE APART OF A Systemic racist society WHILE CONTROLLING PERSCRIPTIONS OF MINORITIES. NAACP will be notified. This could be a CLASS ACTION DUE TO OTHER REVIEWS HERE ON GOOGLE.

Love that Walgreens has a beauty consultant. I was helped by a lovely girl, Sam. So helpful and knowledgeable. I was going to have microblading done and she showed me how you can do it with products in the store. She saved me so much money. Again, very knowledgeable.

Make sure you count your medicine before leaving!!!! Because once your gone and out of their sight there is NOTHING they will do. The pharmacist treated me like I was lying and there was no way that could of happened. Some one there is making mistakes or stealing. But I guess it doesn't matter to them!

3 days in a row I've gotten off work and I've tried to get my medications and the pharmacy is closed. This is getting ridiculous

I seem to always have issues with this pharmacy. They're not my regular store, but I've had to go there multiple times to pick up meds for my mother or because it's the earliest opening store in the area and that's where the local ER likes to send their scripts so we can get them right away. It's always a hassle and always a long wait. This last time is very much the last time though. I called in because my normal pharmacy couldn't get in a certain OTC medication (their supplier was currently out, so I couldn't even go to another location), and I called Walgreens to ask if they carried it in stock (most places don't) and then asked them to order me a bottle (which every pharmacy I've been to will do, no issue). At first I was told they wouldn't do that. Then I was told they would, but I had to drive out there and do it in person. I'm disabled. Doing that isn't really feasible. Rather than make a simple accommodation, I was told that was the only way. I'm not going to make a separate trip out there just to tell them to order it. I've never had this be an issue with a pharmacy before. If it was a concern about whether I'd come to pick it up, I'm in their pharmacy system. Hell, I would have happily pre-paid for it. But, no. That's not any way to treat customers. The fact is you can do it, you just don't want to be bothered to. Considering what's been going through the court system lately regarding this company, I shouldn't be surprised they can't make basic disability accommodations (or, really, just basic customer service).(Cross-posted from Yelp 2/18/2022)

Horrible customer service at the drive thru when picking up a prescription. Alisa, the pharmacy tech, needs a class on customer service.

Scheduled an appt online to have my son get his meningococcal shot he needs for school. Waited in line for about 5 minutes. I tell them I’m there for an appt they try looking it up and start leafing through the prescription papers. Then some guy from the back yells out that they don’t take appts for that. I show them my phone where I def have an appt. Then they tell me I can wait for another 30 minutes and maybe then they can help me.
