This penetrates my heart and I feel this: “WELCOME TO THE FORD FAMILY” and “WE WELCOME YOU WITH OPEN HEARTS ALWAYS!” I also feel “DEEDS NOT WORDS” starting with Michael Klaben Sr. and filtering all throughout the Dealership. When pulling up into the Service Bay, they put a protective plastic covering over your seat and a white floor protector mat over your floor mat as soon as you drive in the Service Bay.
