We bought a cub cadet tractor on April 14th 2024, used it 4 times (we only have .75 acres), on June 28, 2024 it simply quit working. Called Tractor Supply to advise and get replacement. They informed me they have a 30 day return policy and refused to exchange, 30 day return policy on a riding lawn mower???? How many times does one cut their grass in 30 days!!! They told me to call manufacturer, ridiculous as they should exchange and deal with the manufacturer, but I called them it's $80 to send someone out to look at the tractor we JUST spent $3000 on!! DO NOT SHOP HERE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
7/10/24- I would like to edit this review as Tractor Supply resolution Team contacted me and rectified this issue. I would like to especially thank Robin Fuller the DM, she reached out to me and within an hour arranged to have my Tractor exchanged the next day! I would also like to thank Christopher M , he also reached out to me and started the process of resolving this issue!! This has restored my faith that great Customer experience does exist and I will be a lifelong Tractor Supply Customer as it's very unusual these days to be heard as a customer!! Thank you so much!

The yard fixtures that you sell, like the white cross, red truck ect. don't work very long. That's a lot of just wasted money I say.However, I do like the store in Austintown as well as warren. I'll be back but maybe you might get better yard stuff. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful!

The stores power was out when we visited, which is understandable- they still claimed they were open but only letting one person in at a time. Neat! The problem is when it was our turn to come in, the manager asked what we wanted to shop for. I mentioned plants, shrub starts, just looking for ideas. Told me there wasn’t anything like that in the store as he stood in front of a row of rose starts.Awful experience. Was rude to the person I was shopping with too.

I was shopping in the store yesterday around 12:30 and over heard and saw the older lady employee yelling which included cursing at another employee about being on the register and the other employee was being as nice as possible, and explained what was taking her a minute to come back to the register; I was very disappointed with my visit yesterday and I found very inappropriate that the employee was treated that way and the manager was standing right there and said nothing

I took my new puppy there for her first shots. I had never been there before and was shown by one of workers where we should wait. I looked around the store and know that my husband would love the place. Once the vet clinic people got there we were checked in and after asking some questions they thought it would be a good idea to do an intestinal parasite test. Test results came back - in just a couple days. Everyone was very pleasant and know my puppy will be in good hands when we go back for her shots.
