Took my two nephews for cuts. Picked Sports Clips because of their experience primarily with men/boys hair cuts. They both wanted a small design on the side. When checking out, thinking each cut was $19 for the JR experience, the stylist proceeded to charge an extra $5.00 for the one design, a lightning bolt and an extra $10 for the other, he said because it took him longer!!?? I was never told up front there would be an extra charge up front and paid the same price as an adult who gets the full MVP experience. Total rip off. And the haircut on the youngest was embarrassing and a terrible cut. Will not be going back.

Absolutely the worse hair cut I ever ever received asked her to trim the sides and leave top long she shaved all the way up over the back of my head and left a very small patch of hair on the front of the top of my head not amused it's bad when you have to shave your head after trying to get a decent hair cut

I got my hair cut today by Mackenzie. I must say out of all the times I’ve been to a Sports Clips, this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The shampoo massage was awesome and the shoulder massage was around 5 mins long(every other person does it for maybe 20 seconds if you’re lucky). I highly recommend seeing Mackenzie on your next visit to the Austintown location. You wont be disappointed!!

I had my first experience on January 10th. I got the MVP package and it was wonderful. Ariel was my stylist and I can't say enough about her. Extremely professional, polite, respectful & I would recommend her to anyone. You should go and get and feel the experience yourself.

If I didn't already love this place, today would have definitely done it! I've taken my two boys here numerous times and they love the MVP ? but today I took my 3 year old daughter to get her first trim and it was wonderful. Erica was my daughters stylist and I appreciate her just going with the flow with my chatty daughter. Right from the get my daughter told her "I need to get a haircut because I have dead ends". Erica just laughed and treated my little girl with such kindness that she said when we left "mommy she can cut my hair next time too alright". Last time I went on 9/8/23.I had the worst experience ever. Whoever hired a guy named William at a man's hair cut joint needs their brain examined...! He had no idea what he was doing.. I paid w/tip,$40.00. My trim I received was him keeping my hair in a pony tail and cutting 1/4 of an inch off...that's it!.I asked if he would wash my hair...he did. But the rinse job was unfinished leaving my hair oily..he was going to let me go home that way.I said,you think you can dry it for me..he did. (But it was still wet. )all this time not once did he brush my hair..Services: Haircut
