I have a 2012 Chevy Impala that Red Carpet has serviced since 2017. I fully trust this repair shop with my car, especially after they honored their warranty in the past. My current service was done after they performed an analysis and inspection on my car as requested by me. I trust my car is in excellent condition for the summer travel, I have planned.

Not too long ago, I have moved to the area and knew I needed another mechanic. The reviews on Red Carpet Auto were stellar and so it piqued my interest; for very good reason. I've only been here twice within the year since I've moved to Austintown, but each time they were knowledgeable, diligent, and friendly. My 2018 Hyundai's brakes/brake pads were wearing thin and making God awful noises whenever I applied brake pressure, and they fixed me up literally the very same day I dropped it off. They are beyond helpful with emergent situations.
As far as I know, they're pretty fair with their prices and do not try to gouge you or upsell other services. I've never had any issues with pricing. Another thing I love about Red Carpet is occasionally I'll get coupons in their newsletters, and anytime after an appointment they follow up with text messages asking how their services were. They care, and they check afterwards if their work was acceptable to their customers. Not a lot of company's do that.
I'd definitely recommend, and I will be back anytime as a regular when I need them.

I chose this shop based on their google reviews. Didn’t disappoint. I was in and out same day, diagnosed correctly on the first shot, and they didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of other stuff. I’ve got a 22 year old truck and a new mechanic to look after it.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and got air in the tire and an appointment in a couple hours later. The leak was fixed and under the tire warranty. Got finished in no time. Fine job. Thanks.

If you have an old car, you can trust them with it. Last summer we acquired a 21 year old car with an unknown history. I brought it in for an inspection, not knowing if it was ready for the scrapyard or if it was worth fixing up. I did opt to fix it up (as much as I can). Mark has answered all my questions so I could decide what to do. They will do everything they can to get whatever you need done when you need it done. A few repairs have made a huge difference and it has gotten me everywhere I need to go all winter. They’ve also done work on my other car. I love the text message appointment reminders.
