“We bought a cub cadet tractor on April 14th 2024, used it 4 times (we only have .75 acres), on June 28, 2024 it simply quit working. Called Tractor Supply to advise and get replacement. They informed me they have a 30 day return policy and refused to exchange, 30 day return policy on a riding lawn mower???? How many times does one cut their grass in 30 days!!! They told me to call manufacturer, ridiculous as they should exchange and deal with the manufacturer, but I called them it's $80 to send someone out to look at the tractor we JUST spent $3000 on!! DO NOT SHOP HERE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
7/10/24- I would like to edit this review as Tractor Supply resolution Team contacted me and rectified this issue. I would like to especially thank Robin Fuller the DM, she reached out to me and within an hour arranged to have my Tractor exchanged the next day! I would also like to thank Christopher M , he also reached out to me and started the process of resolving this issue!! This has restored my faith that great Customer experience does exist and I will be a lifelong Tractor Supply Customer as it's very unusual these days to be heard as a customer!! Thank you so much!”

I had issues with color matching and getting the wrong colored paint and they went above and beyond to make it right. They were absolutely wonderful and understanding and took their time to help. “I worked at this location years ago. Was there for a good 2 years. That store is nowhere what it was when I worked there, it's extremely clean now, nice wide isle, and I am always treated respectfully, even though most the people I worked with are long gone”
