Is 20° out here my windows is filthy and their window washing stuff is frozen solid, so what does that tell you they put in there water and I know they took out all of the things to do the windows they know we need clean windows in the winter

Ordered the "new" pilgrim sandwich. Guy didn't know the bread, didn't know what was on the sandwich and put country gravy on it. Also it was a order for 3 people that were the meals. He couldn't read the screen to see that all the food was one order. Very disappointed in the thing that I have been looking forward to coming back to your gas stations...

The staff is always so pleasant and helpful!!!On national coffee day September 29 2023We made a little mess with the coffee and the staff told my 10yo daughter that they were happy to clean up the mess. We tried to clean it but they told us that it was there job and to go enjoy our coffee and the full moon!!!Thank you get go staff for everything!!??

Nice place is your in a hurry. The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. The person behind the food counter could be a bit nicer and friendly but the other people were great

First time going at 2am on 9-30-23 for a Philly cheesesteak and it was horrible the bread was wet with very little meat and lots of bread after two bites I was about to vomit I had to spit it out it was gross the food in Austintown always disappoints !

Out of boardman, and Austintown, Austintown have the worst Getgo! Cookies are almost burnt, terrible service, and they way they serve the food is thumbs down

Waited 17 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 small appetizers, we were the only people in the place. He sat all of our stuff on the counter didn’t say a word. None of the drinks had lids on them and they were out of straws.

It was clean, there was fast service but the one clerk was really unprofessional. When asked if they sold cat litter she replied "does this look like a pet store"!!
