Always a quick trip for me stopping into Home Depot. everything is easily marked per aisle and I've never had an issue with getting what I need and getting out.

Easy online ordering and picking up, however, we ordered and picked up a Magic Chef Freezer, only to unbox it to discover 3 dents. Very disappointed, it should have been in the scratch and dent area. These freezers are not cheap.

I dunno what's going on with this location lately. We usually have at least decent customer service but the last few visits have been very poor.We went to look at dishwashers and when trying to place an order for delivery we were first ignored. Then the guy entering everything refused to update my information in the system and instead insisted on putting everything under my spouse's name...when I'm the one they need to contact. We were also assured that the delivery team would be wearing masks - I'm immuno-compromised - and they very much *weren't*. Same thing for when we had a new washing machine delivered a couple weeks later.I went to the garden dept to grab some herbs the other day and couldn't find one I was looking for. Went and asked an employee about it and she told me that it was over there and pointed back to the section I had just come from. Well, I can't find it. If that's where it is, can you come show me? What kind of attitude is that?

Do NOT order anything from this location, the sales staff is so poorly trained. I have ordered shutters , which came in wrong, blind that were cut wrong and now a washing machine. They used the wrong address for delivery and we were told only way to fix was to cancel and reorder, its been 5 days and refund has still not cleared vendor. I'll be going elsewhere .
