I've shopped this dollar tree for years now and I just have to say they are so improved right now. The store is so clean, theres lots of new and nicer products. Its all very organized. The staff are friendlier. Just wanted to say great job!

I really enjoy the store in New Middletown. The staff is wonderful and they always have the store neat and organized. This is a "Market" store so they carry fresh fruits and vegetables that a regular store would not have. I highly recommend this store.

The one manager here is very rude but the other staff is very nice I always come to his Dollar tree and the rest of the staff is nice but the manager is very rude

Terrible customer service. Cashier felt the need to bark orders like she was talking to a dog (to customers) I will never be back to this location.

I am always here. I even know a few of the cashiers by name I’m in here so much and have never had a problem. Until now. I needed to exchange something and it’s the dollar store so I didn’t keep the receipt BUT I had a picture of the receipt. I asked the cashier nicely if they could exchange it. They got the manager. The manager came over and was like no we need the physical copy. I explained that I only had a picture. He told the cashier to just do it and rolled his eyes and proceeded to repeat that I need the physical copy. Like how rude! I asked nicely. I work in retail and I’ve dealt with some nasty people who have wanted to return stuff and never in my life have I been that rude to an employee or a customer. I understand the policy but I still had a version of the receipt. No need to be nasty. I’ll think twice about exchanging something here.
