Very happy with the young man who put my battery in my vehicle. Not happy that the girl in the back ran my card for someone else’s battery then realized ahe made a mistake then ran my card for my battery I purchased total of $359 I was charged and right before Xmas. So now I have to wait for a refund of the $198 she accidentally charged. I know people make mistakes but I’m not in a position right now to have that much taken from my account. It really messed things up for me

Called, talked to Todd was told they had our part. Once we got there told no part and Todd denied talking to us somehow we magically knew a Todd worked there and was at work at that time. Poor customer service.

Very disappointed. Came in air filter and cabin filter. They always installed them for me. I asked prior to purchase. After I bought them, I was told he can’t install the air filter under the hood because you have to removed 4 screws. Said he can’t install cabin filter either. I was always pleased previously. What happened?

Just spent over $500 for brakes and rotors..1st I was suppose to pick them up from the Belmont Ave location..get there and they not only didn't have all the parts but the parts they had was wrong after clearing that up I had to travel to the Austintown location to grab the correct rotors the young lady wheeled them out on a cart and said here's your rotors there heavy ok so I wheel the cart to the parking lot and loaded them in my car myself while the entire crew was lolligagging behind the counter..to say I was pissed is an understatement!! You would thinkthat as a part of customer service 1 of the 5 able body men would have offered to load them in my car..the only reason I came to autozone is because I had a warranty on my brakes! I gave them 2 stars because the guy Chris at the Belmont location actually gave me a 10% discount for my trouble. And actually fixed the Managets mistake. Do better Autozone do better!!!

I had a great experience at this location. The manager went above and beyond, assisting me in replacing my car's headlight bulb. His helpful attitude and hands-on support made the process smooth, showcasing excellent customer service.

Used to love this store, but service has gone downhill fast (at least during the evening hours). Ended up going to Oriellys, and saw 2 people there that were at autozone at the same time I was. One was a gentleman that needed a battery which he ended up purchasing and Oriellys changed it as well.

Terrible service. I went there to have my battery changed. The dude blew up my fuses. My door speakers don’t work anymore. I came back for help to fix it. They barely even wanted to talk to me, and told me to take it to the dealership lol. Unbelievable. They’ll hire anybody to work there. The parts are fine. Staff sucks
