“So far so good. Employees are easy to spot when trying to find where to park when dropping car off for body work. One star taken away only due to no free rental car service provided on sight; however, the receptionist said they work with a rental car company but she was unable to give specifics on whether or not it's free or discounted and if so what's the daily discounted rate. This is only important if your car insurance company and plan doesn't cover cost of rental car service when you're involved in an accident claim and damage to vehicle is suspected to take up to 4-6 days.”
“Called several repair shops they were the quickest to take me in. Very friendly people working there!! My original estimate from my progressive representative was alittle less then 2 weeks from when I dropped it off. It took 5 days for some fairly extensive work and honestly it looks brand new!!! Couldn’t be happier with the work and with the staff. And they detailed my truck on top of everything. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here”
“Saved my work trip!!! I was driving from Detroit to New Jersey to continue a work contract and I managed to blow out my rear passenger tire. In spite of me showing up late, less than an hour to close. The wonderful staff got me back up and running in no time!!! To the two technicians and the wonderful woman behind the counter on Monday the 18th 2023 closing shift. Thank you, you saved my butt and truly made dreams come true! “Amazing service. My tire essentially exploded on the turn pike at night and they showed up so quickly. My husband had also come and had started changing the tire. Then with his lights on his car being on to light the tire change, his car battery died. Just one thing after another! I immediately called Jo back and she said, “No problem, that she’d let the driver know but not to worry.”
Harry, one of the drivers, showed up minutes later and was so helpful. He jumped my husband’s car and let it run to make sure it was good. Then he quickly finished with my tire and put on the spare. There was a fee but it was honestly nominal like less than $50 for someone to come out and help you in the dark with car problems. Then he also waited to make sure both cars drove okay.
