This wasn't my favorite pilot in the world. I travel quite a bit for work and I always love stopping at pilot, loves, and TA. The way you get into the entrance off of the main road it's kind of weird, and potentially dangerous. The specials on the tag we're not exactly the way it says. "Buy one get one with any drink" doesn't actually mean any drink, but no one knows the specifics of the sale itself. The Staff there we're kind of rude and I'm a pretty damn nice guy so I wasn't pleased with that. After a couple huffs and puffs and a walk to the actual tag, she realized what it said and still couldn't explain it. Then I asked if I still wanted the items, of course I want the items and I want to sell that the tech says the pilot is doing. when the manager was finally brought over it's a care of the situation. But I never judge a book by the initial appearance the selection was still ample, the atmosphere was still pretty light, and all the items were stocked, the bathroom was clean and I can't ask for much more than that except for maybe a little nicer people and I'm from New York.

I went to this Subway location. It was situated in a ,"Pilot" gas station. As I entered the area where the ,"Subway" sandwich restaurant was located, I asked a "Pilot" employee that was loitering around the entrance of the restaurant if it was open. She said it was. I went in and no attendant was in sight. I stepped out into the main area of the "Pilot" gas station and asked again, if it was open. The ,"Pilot" employee, seemed annoyed , and responded back saying,"YES,,,,I TOLD YOU IT WAS !!!". I said ,"nobody is there to take my order." At this point, she went inside the ,"Subway", walked behind the counter into the back, and discovered the attendant on his cell phone in the office. I walked out as she brought him to the counter to take my order. In a time where the restaurant industry,is trying to recover ,"POST COVID 19 SHUTDOWN", this type of situation is outrageous, and unacceptable. Even more troubling is the fact that the sign in front of the ,"Subway", said "open". Yet, by the way the restaurant looked, (poor lighting, and roped off customer access areas) it appeared closed. Management needs to take notice of the personal at this , Austinburg Ohio, (Ashtabula county) location. I had this experience on March 13th 2021 between 8:15pm and 8:45 pm
