You use to have a good breakfast scrambled eggs, tater tots and sausage. Last couple of times I've gotten it half the portion and cold. Try to do better.

Was harassed by the manager for sitting outside, eating my meal (which I had JUST bought inside). The manager was rude and dismissive; he came at me hot, totally unwilling to hear me. I explained that I was a paying customer, that I'd be moseying soon, but he called the Sheriff to have me trespassed. The sheriff arrived and told me himself that they were being ridiculous. This morning (Jul. 18) I came in to get a coffee, and he told me to leave before I could make my transaction. Quote "I can tell you to leave for whatever reason I want!"
TLDR: manager is a mean-spirited power-crazed rules-ninny. [I bring up the fact, here, that he's of east-asian descent only because I didn't catch the man's name].

On May 9, 2024 I was appalled to see how I was entreated by a manager Roberta and Dale. I was approached as I was being watched. Then I was told “ YOURE NOT ALLOWED TO BE IN HERE WE CANNOT SERVE YOU. I couldn’t believe this was OHIO. In my response I stated “ HOW DARE YOU “
This is America. Don’t you know the laws yet you discriminate against me. I was about to not purchase a single Item. I then stop on my way back after delivering the load I carried.
I then shared the names of the two how they made such a ruckus of my presence. The Head Manager who was on duty apologize and showed me the upmost respect. She stated it’s obvious they need TRAINING. Never have I understood the HATE people’s Bias, prejudice, discriminating behavior. I’ve found that many not few are ignorant and don’t know the constitution in AMERICA FOR WHICH IT STANDS. RIGHTS— WELL ARE WE BECOMING AND TURNING LIKE MANY OTHER COUNTRIES ? MANY FLEE TO COME WHAT WE CALL AMERICA THE LAND OF THE FREE THE HOME OF THE BRAVE. I find it repulsive in many people’s behaviors. I’m not interested in what one believes or doesn’t. Yet RESPECT IS MUCH TO BE DESIRED IN AMERICA .

It's 3 am. I'm hungry. I'm thirsty. I'm at the Flying J in Austinburg, OH. What is in the Deli counter looks like it's been there a very long time. Wings and Strips!! That's it. I go and get ice in my thermos for my drink.
PFJ is our priority fuel stop. I can't even guess at the cost to fuel our entire fleet. This Flying J, not only does their food look inedible, you may get gang tackled if you get half a thermos of ice without paying for it. It is a shock when you are so used to going to the counter and showing them all you get was a little ice, and they say that's fine. Have a great day. Here, oh hell no. I can see paying for a cup of ice if it's in their cup. But I'm guessing it is in the very high 90% that ANY truck stop doesn't charge for ice in your own container. But then, you have to remember, this is OHIO. Greed runs deep here.

Friendly staff. Great service. They have a mix of a little bit of everything. Flying J is my favorite truck stop to stop at when I am traveling.

Tonight I went in to get something to eat and get a shower the food was great and so was the waitress but the shower was nasty looked like someone shaved there pub hairs all over the place and there was pee and toilet paper in the toilet someone needs to be retrained how to clean and do there job properly ???

Cleanest showers I’ve seen in a Flying J or Pilot in a long time. They actually swept and mopped the floors yall.
