I frequent this Walmart and usually have a normal and carefree shopping experience however today I had to return four items that totaled approx $2.14 in credit. DENISE at the customer service counter that worked today 3/8 @ approx 1220 is probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. If I had this experience with a credible return, receipt, never used items with UPC stickers still attached I can not even imagine what she has put others through and I encourage people to share their experience because she is a person that is confrontational and the things she speaks are very unnecessary. I brought my items with receipt and kindly told Denise that I would like to return a few items. She scanned my receipt and informs me that the item was not on the receipt. I know very well this is the receipt that the items were listed on. I had one purple plastic picnic plate and a blue plate. I also had one plastic purple tumbler cup and a blue one. I replied to her that this is the receipt and I said they are right there and then she becomes upset and takes the receipt and sternly says the upc is not coming up and this is not even a receipt for our store. Then she scans the next item and it comes up. I tell her maybe someone scanned the purple plates twice and the purple cups twice. It is very obvious that this is what happened. She says she can't give me a credit for the two items that did not come up. I told her I need to speak with someone else because at this point she is rude, condescending, and is saying that she is not going to be able to give me credit for t her two items. Only at that time when I asked to speak to someone else did she rudely tell me that she will have to return the other two items as a no receipt return and she can give me a giftcard and she is just doing her job. I reply that I do not care how the return is done all I want to do is return the items and have the money refunded. Then she proceeds to continue to ramble on as I continue to try to process what just happened. This is the face of Walmart's customer service and she has a very ugly personality, her comments are unnecessary much less unprofessional, and I am sharing with you my personal experience of trying to bring back items totaling $2.14 with a valid receipt.

As a new mom who exclusively nurses I was excited this Walmart has an actual Mother’s Room vs the pod my usual Walmart has.I was not however expecting to find a male employee sleeping with the door unlocked in the Mother’s Room. Frustrated while hold a hungry fussy baby, I informed an employee passing by there was someone sleeping in the room and I needed to feed my baby, the employee knocked on the door then simply walked away. Since the employee was no help whatsoever I had to go into the family bathroom to feed my child. Unfortunately the lock on the door wasn’t working so I had to leave my stroller outside of the door and hope it wouldn’t get stolen or that no one would walk in while I am standing and feeding my child.Disappointed doesn’t even begin to explain my feelings. There are 2 Walmarts that are closer to my home but I purposely travel further to this location for a better selection and am honestly appalled.

Started using pick up at this location a few weeks ago after having many severe issues with the service at the Macedonia location that have continuously went unresolved. This Walmart is 20 minutes out of my way vs less than 10 minutes, but I get my groceries more quickly by driving there and back vs waiting over an hour or more at the Macedonia location. Aurora always has my pick up order out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for being reliable Aurora.

Went to this location at 7:07pm to return some rugs. The woman behind the register at customer service told me she was closed. Typically customer service is open until 8p, but she told me she didn't have anyone to work. Not a couple minutes later I saw her helping another customer at her register. I asked if she could help me and her response was "no." Where has customer service gone? Helping one customer but not another? Walmart continues to provide a frustrating experience.
