Charlie and the team were absolutely amazing at helping us resolve a quality issue.We had a quality issue with a product we bought previously. The team listened to our concerns, asked great diagnostic questions, and tested the paint we bought back in.Their expertise was able to figure out what went wrong. And replaced with new paint. They tested the new paint for us to ensure we were receiving the best quality product.While experiencing a quality issue with the Sherwin Williams paint is not ideal. The upheld guarantees and customer service in helping resolve the issue will keep us coming back again and again.The replacement paint was perfect, and exactly what we have come to expect when using Sherwin Williams paint.

Ive never taken the time to write a review, but this place deserves it. I’ve lived in 3 states in the last 4 years, buying fixer uppers in each state. As such, I’ve gone to a lot of sherwin Williams locations. This location is hands down the best paint buying experience I’ve ever had. The entire team (as of 2023-2024) is genuine, approachable, relational… they possess all the soft skills you would want in a team. They’re knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. If you need help or just want an enjoyable buying experience visit this location.

The manager Charlie & assistant manager CJ are stellar at Sherwin Williams Aurora location. Their knowledge of the products, questions to ask about to zero in on the perfect product for the job was very helpful. The first time in I needed my questions answered quickly before an appointment & that occurred. Charlie helped us out with the products to the car. Second time in I couldn’t stand long and CJ offered to get me a chair which I was very grateful for. It made all the difference between purchasing and having to leave. His expert advice helped narrow down our choices & we purchased three sample choices. The advice he made to paint the samples on larger sections of the wall really guided our decision. Third time visiting CJ filled our order of four gallons of paint of the Sherwin Williams Emerald as recommended. Since I was alone this time, CJ helped carry everything to the car & assisted me to the car because you can’t use a walker effectively with the ice. The employee Colin had done a great job of clearing the snow. As a former Interior Designer, I am appreciate the updated information I was given as well as how the reminder of all that I learned in the past was shared with me by the managers asking the perfect questions to help narrow down solutions.

Sherwin Williams is the way to go. The customer service is more than outstanding, especially at this location. CJ is very helpful and is always there for every need. Paint? Tools? Painting supplies? Painting advice? CJ's got your back! I will be using this Sherwin location for the foreseeable future unless I move far far away.

This is the best Sherwin Williams I have ever been to. The employees are so knowledgeable and go out if their way to help you. I highly recommend using this Sherwin Williams for all your painting needs.

Always helpful. I knew what I wanted as we were getting the house trim and shutters painted. I asked questions about the kinds of paint as I wanted it to last for another fifteen years. I chose slightly darker colors to what is on the house now since the colors have faded. With paint brushes the total price was high. The salesperson told me that if I could wait a 40% sale was on the weekend. I did wait, and I saved a lot of money. Excellent service.

How does Sherwin-Williams run out of paint? I'm painting a bedroom at my new house as a surprise for my daughter when she comes home tonight for her birthday. I ran out and needed another can of the same paint I had just purchased the other day. I needed to move heaven and earth to break away during the work day so I could finish her bedroom immediately after work before she got home. I had 30 minutes. When I got to Sherwin they said they were out of the paint and I would need to drive to a different store to get it, which of course I could not do because I already spent my 30 minutes going to this paint store. Unreal. This is the second time I have experienced this with Sherwin Williams (happened a couple months ago when I was getting my house ready to sell). I have learned that I cannot count on Sherwin when I need them. Their paint is usually better than others, but reliability is important too. Home Depot here I come...done with Sherwin Williams.

Walked in at 5:00, Clerk rudely yelled “we are closed”, I walked out and I will always go to the Streetsboro store from now on. Would never go back to this store.
