Went in for a return staff was very helpful, The what I can only assume to be manager Eric I belive his name was, was extremely helpful kind and just seemed like a good guy. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely love this place. I am an addict of Polo and I have to have it. Every time I visit an outlet the customer service is always friendly and I always have a pleasent shopping experience in a clean environment.

I shop this Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store in Aurora Farms location, mainly because of the Associates who work in the store. For example, this past Thursday, 5/25/23, Andriana went above an beyond the call of duty by helping me shop, recommend what looked good on me, because she knew I was shopping for an outfit for my mother's funeral. She was compassionate, empathetic, and helped me find a coupon to use to help me even further. Please give her a raise and recognition for all she did to help me!

Check your bills on the desk , they are cheating. the price tag 49.50$ , they counted 55 $. didn't make an extra -25% discount.

Was greeted upon entry, looked around and found an oxford shirt to try on. Fit was great, what I was looking for and check out was fast and easy. Will be going back soon for more.
