Came into here earlier today just looking for shoes, but left with lots of clothes with great deals alot of things discounted that are very high quality, the guy working there was a huge help in the purchases and definitely left a great first impression. I’m going to probably return to this store and I highly recommend you go and check this place out.

This is one of my absolute favorite stores to visit. Every time I go there, I am always greeted with smiles and treated like the most important person in the world. They helped me find a pair of shoes that were exactly what I needed, and I ended up finishing my first marathon in them! Fantastic store, fantastic staff, ands amazing product!

I have been in the store about three times within the past four months and I never get greeted when I walk in the store. I always smile and show a friendly face. This is just how I was raised but today really summed up how I felt about the store I walked in with my daughter purchased $149 shoe. No one asked us if we needed any help or greeted us we were in the store for at least 10 minutes. Multiple people came in after us, they were greeted and asked if they needed any help, please note they were a different color than us. That really bothered me but confirmed what I felt.

I visited the store on 11/13 and the 2 ladies working that day were so helpful kind and sweet. I brought my autistic son in there to get a new pair of shoes and they were so amazing and kind to him I’ve never experienced that kind of reception for my son. They are the best!!

While I very infrequently find my size here, the staff here is always fantastic. They go out of their way to help and will give suggestions on shoes depending on what you’re looking for.

I went to New Balance today to exchange a pair of shoes I received as a gift. I *really* hate shopping for athletic shoes because I have a hard time finding a pair I like that fits properly. After today's experience I can say without a doubt that I will make this particular store my first choice for athletic shoes because of the wonderful service I received today.Rachel, the store manager, was very attentive with me and went to the back room multiple times to find other options. She was kind enough to bring out the metal shoe measure and literally got down on her knees to take measurements, as well as checking for proper fit on the pair I selected. She did the same for another customer while I was there. Rachel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.All I can say is that this was an excellent shopping experience because of the wonderful manager at this location. Thanks again, Rachel. :)
