Mytee's customer service representatives are out of this world. I had two interactions today-one for a purchase and one for a return. Both reps were incredibly friendly, very helpful and had me taken care of in just a few minutes. The reps are like this across the board whether communication is over the phone or via email. 10/10 recommend utilizing their services. Most importantly the products they supply are great. Website is very user friendly, Mytee is always very well stocked. The only time I've had to return something was today when I had too many of an item and no place to keep them at our office!

The store is under remodeling. But, great prices on truck accessories. You can pick up in store , or they will ship to you. I've ordered many things from here. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

No problems. Just reached out with a happy customer experience. The locking ratchet chain binder ended up working perfect for storing the chain binders. Order a second one and 4 more binders for the other side of the trailer. Great folks to do business with.

I had an issue with the stitching on a 4'foot tarp. I took photos and reached out to support, within 24 hours a representative (Daisy from the return and refund team) was assisting me on addressing my concerns. The matter was resolved and the service was phenomenal. GREAT JOB as well as great products.

Bought 18oz tarps and they were heavier than advertised. Too heavy for me. Ordered the 14oz and they were perfect. Shipped right to my house in just a few days with minimal shipping cost. Shipping was 400+ to return 18oz tarps so I booked a load to get close enough to return them myself. What a great experience. Amy in customer service is the BEST! She handled all my returns quickly. Parking lot is under construction but still plenty room to get your truck and trailer in and out. Will be back. ? Thank you

I wanted a quality tarp rolling system for my new utility trailer and and luckily found this company!! I placed the order one evening and it arrived within 2 days with complete tracking from the start. Great experience and great communication. I was able to order everything I needed for my hotshot setup, add my military discount (which was done for me by Sarah immediately), and it shipped out the next day! The prices are better than competitors even (including Amazon), so you can’t go wrong at all!!

I recently purchased some binders from here through Amazon, this would have been my 3rd set. The binders never arrived so I went through Amazon protocol to reach out to the seller. I corresponded with Amy and Kate, these 2 ladies were great. I was refunded my money immediately and then I purchased a different set. Ordered them Thursday and recieved them this morning 3/20/23. They knew I needed them for a project starting this week and assured me I would get them in time. I actually got the 3 days before schedule. I am very happy with the products and customer service of Mytee even though there was a slight glitch in my original order!

Customer support. Always great quality products, my most recent tarp purchase had a extra grommet hole. I contacted support, shared a photo and they quickly offered me three options to choose to make it right. I remain a customer and am pleased w the outcome.
