Had a decent experience here with a gel manicure. The manicure itself held up pretty well - no chipping for almost 2 weeks - but the rest of the experience was pretty bare bones. There was no hand massage, no lotion, no "extras" of any kind. The staff was relatively friendly, but they talked to each other a lot of the time and ignored me quite a bit. Again, the manicure itself was decent quality, so I'd go back, but this is not where I'd go if I wanted pampered.
