so i went exactly one week ago to get acrylic nails, and to some extent i was very let down it felt. don’t get me wrong, the nails are GORGEOUS!! but my nail tech, i don’t even know her name, she never introduced herself to me, nicked my skin around my nail with the drill. nothing was done to the spot, and as the drill clearly cut my skin, started bleeding. the nail tech did nothing to it and continued on with what she was doing.
2 days later, i noticed this big bubble where the drill got my
finger. as a week has gone on, it got so
bad to the extent where doing
anything with that finger hurt to bad that i wouldn’t use it. around late
afternoon, into the evening, that bubble
popped. and very clearly by the content that came out of the bubble,
it was infected. so while i was hoping that my
nails would give me a “boost”, i felt like i had to spent all this time
working on my nail
because there was this huge bubble around my finger tip.

I have came to this salon once so far since my nail tech has moved to this salon and I can say I LOVE this place. It is so clean! It doesn’t have that overpowering nail salon smell, everyone is so friendly and fun! I’m so glad this is now my new nail salon and can’t wait to continue coming back!

Waaay too long of a wait with an appointment. Had a 2:45pm appointment but didn't get seen until after 3:30. The business only made excuses for why I wasn't seen in a timely manner. Didn't seem to care about keeping a repeating customer even after I called to explain to the owner my experience. Won't be returning.

My sister and I went there for the first time today for pedicures. Super friendly staff and a great pedicure! we will definitely be back!
