“One of the kind ladies at the Streetsboro store let me know that I had some $140 in Rewards Dollars that were going to expire soon. She didn’t have to do that, but because she did, we got a nice set of sheets from Sleep Number. Those sheets are excellent.Streetsboro is not the closest store to us, but it is the one that we choose to go to.”

“Have been trying to put together an EOS mattress DIY….. would like more info….. but getting someone to call you back is between slim and none….. either business is so great they don’t need more…..or company not around for much longer…..either way…… NO ONE ever calls you back….. 3 times I tried….. hope you have better luck than me……great product….. horrendous customer service……… after speaking with JC….. and figuring out my situation…… I am changing my review to a solid 5…… fantastic response…..helpful in every way….. thank you JC……..”

“My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Casper Pinecrest today. We were able to try out the mattress and adjustable frame we were looking to buy, and an employee, Lilly, helped us pick out pillows. We were a bit worried we would be pressured to purchase today, but Lilly just sent me an email with everything we had talked about getting, so we have some time to think about it and make sure we’re happy before we move ahead with our purchase. Overall, I am very happy with our experience and I’m so happy we took the time to stop in and try out the mattress and frame. It makes me feel a lot better about such a big purchase.”
“Became acquainted with Rich over 15 years ago when I was selling advertising. I have bought three mattresses from him. The first one was a pillowtop that lasted almost 15 years and he was less expensive than the other two places I looked it. Plus he delivered it for free. Most importantly, he is honest. On all three occasions, he could have sold me a more expensive brand name mattress that would have been several hundred dollars more for essentially the same coil count, build and firmness. But with a brand name. Plus, he made the process and explanation simple and straightforward, and they were flexible in the delivery time so I didn't have to take any time off work; That's why I go back.”
