Absolute WORST experience with a dealership ever! The only reason there is 1 star is because the salesman, Jason, was a super nice respectful guy who did his best to shine in an otherwise very bad experience. We have purchased many vehicles from dealerships over the years and we still cannot believe how we were treated by this dealership. First off, it should have been a red flag when the picture of the vehicle's tires they posted online in the sales listing were in fact NOT the tires on the vehicle when we got there the same day to look at it. They had already been changed out. The next thing that was upsetting is that the vehicle smelled like smoke and the console and floor was covered with ashes. When we inquired as to what would be done to rectify the situation, Jason stated that they would completely detail the vehicle prior to us picking it up, but the General Manager, BJ (Holmes?) stated that he didn't smell any smoke and that it was a non smoking vehicle. When we showed him the ashes he proceeded to say "well sir, it sounds like to me that you probably shouldn't buy this vehicle then" and abruptly turned and walked away. The salesman Jason apologized to us profusely and we believe still tried to do his best to take care of us as customers. Despite the GM's highly unprofessional and Extremely Rude behavior, we did end up buying the Suburban, but we were promised that the vehicle would be completely detailed and an ionizer would be used to take care of the smoke smell. Neither of these things happened. When we went to pick it up the next day the ashes, along with other debris, was still scattered all over the vehicle and the seats do not even look like they were wiped down. Very disappointing after spending $70,000 on a 2020 Vehicle. If we had not been treated so terribly by the GM, we would have called to have this matter rectified by the dealership, but we already know how we will be treated, so we are simply going to take it to a professional detailing company and call it a day. Just a real shame. Not how you should treat customers.

If you thought Barnum & Bailey went out of business, you got another thing coming.... turns out they moved into the Service Dept at Ganley of Aurora. This place is a real three ring circus full of clowns! I went in to have a Check Engine light checked out and they proceeded to tell me that no maintenance was done on the vehicle so they can't make any warranty claims, (I have Mopar Lifetime Warranty). Well just because they didn't bother to look anywhere else for paperwork doesn't mean no work was done on the vehicle. Are you telling me you have no record of an oil change and my Jeep has 160k miles? Makes sense, if you're a circus. They then proceeded to tell me that they're "going to send pictures of my 'VERY dirty' oil" to Chrysler and that "we have to look out for the interests of Chrysler Corporation", makes sense, if you're a circus. I authorized the Service Director to do the oil change even though I was within the service interval, just to ease the tension on the conversation. They failed to even do that.Well it turns out I have a few good friends at Chrysler and I called them before I picked my car up from the circus and they even told me, "This isn't the first time we've heard complaints about Ganley, I advise you go somewhere else." If FCA/Chrysler is saying that, then you know it's true, unlike the fake news that's coming out of the Service Managers mouth.I'm sure their reply to this will go something along the lines of "oh we're sorry you had this experience, you didn't change your oil and so no warranty, we'll be in touch". Then it'll be crickets. Bottom line, if you need your Jeep serviced. GO TO ANOTHER DEALER THAT TREATS YOU BETTER AND ACTUALLY EARNED THEIR 'CUSTOMER FIRST' AWARD!Bottom line, if you need your Jeep serviced, and you're a clown, then you'll be in GREAT company at Ganley Of Aurora! I however, went elsewhere!

This was my first visit to this location. I have had bad experiences at a few of the other dealerships but today made up for it 100%! As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by a gentleman that directed me to the service area. While in service, the gentleman Matt gave me the information about the cost to have a remote starter installed on my vehicle and then he directed me to the parts department to find out about availability of the part I needed. What made this even better was that the part is in stock and they can install it tomorrow morning! I haven't had as pleasant an experience today in the dealership since the day I purchased it over a year ago! I'm looking forward to my 8am appointment tomorrow!

Beware! Clinton called me and said he had a price on a vehicle that we talked about the day before. He quoted specifics about the conversation. When I came to sign the deal he had paperwork for a vehicle that had a lower MSRP but the payments for the vehicle with more features! He got his manager who is also lied. Seriously go anywhere other than Ganley. It's sad that the owner lets his name be used by absolute trash.I recorded the whole event on video and will post to YouTube
