“My husband and I were at the outlets, and I decided to stop in Zales, I wanted to look at some gold necklace sets and also get my ring maintenance. There was an older woman sitting at the counter looking at a tablet/computer. I walked in, looked around at the jewelry, literally circled her at least 2-3x, and not once did she lift her head up to say hello. "How can I help you?" I was just about to walk out. A young man came out the back. He greeted me, and by this time, my husband had walked in the store. Again, this older woman has still never looked up and said a word. The young man, whose name is Jake, was extremely professional and very accommodating to my husband and I. During the process of us looking at some new jewelry. 2 men walked in that was not of African American descent like my husband and I and guessed who decided she wanted to look up and greet them. I was so irritated, and I mentioned it to Jake. Needless to say Thanks to Jake for being a great customer service representative for Zales we continued our shopping made a big purchase with Jake and moving forward if I stop in that particular Zales I will not spend my money with that older woman. Thanks, Jake, for being awesome.”
