I needed a circuit board for a remote control repaired. This is a remote for a piece of equipment I use at work. A new remote is incredibly expensive. I brought it to the Aurora store just to see if he could possibly repair it before I spent several hundred dollars on a new one. He was able to fix it and he did so for an incredibly reasonable price!! Super friendly and great customer service. I definitely recommend iRepair More!!

John was great! I was at Verizon a few weeks ago and they wanted 69.95 for a new screen protector. That’s insane!John hooked me up in 10 minutes for 10 dollars installed! I highly recommend him.

Every other place I went to said my phone was going to be $200 for just the screen. But he charged me less than that plus fixed more than just the screen. Doesn't take advantage of customers, super caring, and the service was incredibly fast. Had the phone fixed basically right after the parts arrived. Nothing but amazing!

My sister’s iPhone 12 stopped working and we needed the info backed up on her old phone so we brought it in and he was able to get it working and we were able to back up the phone! Super nice and knowledgeable and we’ll be coming back if any of us have problems in the future! :)

John went above and beyond. I had an iCloud back up from hell. Three days he tried and tried and tried until he was finally able to back up my old iPhone that was DEMOLISHED! He literally had to open the device and clamp a board in order for it to not short circuit and shut down. Above and beyond that, I watched 4 or 5 people walk in and get clear cut advice that other places would’ve charged for OR would’ve turned into a revenue generating activity. John is as honest as they come and I will use him in the future for repair needs.

Awesome, took my iPhone in for a repair of one of my camera lenses…45.00 Verizon Insurance was a 250.00 dollar deductible and they would send me a refurbished one back… Needless to say I canceled their $17 a month insurance. This shop can take care of all my needs without gouging my pocket.
