Usually my favorite place… after filling my cart with joy- Pam checked me out and was so completely rude that it ruined my shopping experience. I tried to be overly nice to no avail - she was miserable and intent on staying that way. The customer behind me even gave me a look. How can employees like this be customer facing??

There aren't enough stars to rate this place! You could decorate an entire house, (from entirely empty) every room, from this store. This is another one of those stores where if you see something you like you'd better get it because it will be GONE when you come back for it later. Their pet section is better than some of the big pet stores in regard to certain items. There are lots of name brands and even some exclusive luxury designer items as well. The selection is unbeatable. The price point is amazing!

Usually a fun time shopping here. However, recently I had an awkward experience with Maryann wasting my time. Maryann made 3 attempts to charge me multiple times for the same item, she rang the last item twice so I asked her to count them and in my face she deliberately counted the last item twice. After giving her the look of disappointment she agreed to start the transaction over. I watched very closely this time. Once she realized that she was incorrect with all 3 attempts to overcharge me, she never acknowledged it and didn’t even apologize but rather waste more time. Once everything was complete she insisted on going over the receipt with me one by one which made the experience even more awkward. Completely wasted too much time. That made the experience extremely awkward and unpleasant.
