Emia was terribly bad. I’m not sure how you evaluate new cosmetologists but this is bad. I got a 1 on the sides and she didn’t even take it above my ears and was moving it up wards 1/16” at a time, she didn’t know how to blend it into the top, I told her repeatedly how short I wanted it and she wasn’t cutting it short on top, I don’t think she had a clue how to use thinning shears, and when she did my side burns she didn’t even look at the other side and they were very different heights. Hair was in my face and eyes the entire time. It was just an unpleasant experience and it took her 45 minutes. Seems like she didn’t help out her coworkers either, never checked anyone in, answered the phone, or welcomed someone into the store.

Stylist: Lisa is the best ever; talented, friendly and did a super job with my hair . She just knew what to do because I did not. I will be returning!

Dominique was amazing she made me feel so welcome and cut my hair exactly what I wanted. I tried to set an appointment she’s not there anymore. Does anyone know where she went?

My hair was cut super uneven, the hairdresser even cut her finger in the middle of the cut and left for about 10 minutes! And it total she took about 15 minutes which concerns me because my hair is very think and long. I asked her to cut off an inch instead she cut off 3! Would not recommend
